Hello CHS Staff,

Jordan Stoyek and I are excited to roll-out a new positive behavior recognition program called
Wolves Will (yes, we took this from the Spartans!). The program is comprised of two parts, one
being student recognition and the other being staff recognition. The process for each is as
follows:

Wolves Will- Student Recognition:

1) Jordan or I will be emailing a Google Form to 20 different teachers per month.
2) The emailed teachers will fill out the Google Form, nominating one student that is
positively contributing to the school or community. This does not have to be something
big, it could even be a student that you notice making better decisions than they have in
the past, or a student you notice helping someone in the hallway, etc.
3) Teachers will be given a Wolves Will post card to write a personal note to the student
they are nominating. Teachers will then deliver it to the student.
4) Nominated students will be brought down to the office for a ‘positive referral’ to receive a
small reward (gift card/book).

Wolves Will - Staff Recognition

1) Five staff members per month will be nominated as the ‘Staff of the Month’
2) These staff members will receive a reward (gift card/book/etc.)
3) Staff members will be recognized on a bulletin board and Newspaper students will
interview them.

We are hoping that this program will continue to strengthen the CHS community and build
positive relationships between staff, students, and our community. For this program to work, we
will need your support and feedback.
