Design Engineer: - An experience of working with the organization in the field of Design
and Manufacturing of wide range of standard and specially design heat exchanger. Laxmi
Engineering Industries is a leading heat exchanger manufacturing company in India. It
provides wide range of heat exchanger equipment’s like Shell and Tube Type Surface
Condensers, HP Heaters, LP Heaters, CACW Cooler, CACA Cooler, Oil Coolers, etc. Whilst
working with this organization my roles and responsibilities are:-

 Surface Condenser Design as per standard codes (HEI, TEMA & ASME) on the

basis of given data’s & HMBD.

 To develop prototype drawings and check drawing preparations.

 Evaluating and finalizing the technical requirements of products.

 Tendering & Estimation of Projects with preparation of Bill of Material & technical

ofer.

 Attend pre bid meeting with customer for ofer preparation.

 Supervising technicians, technologists and other engineers, reviewing/crosscheck

and approving designs, calculations and estimates.

 Facilitate productivity improvement to reduce Manufacturing cost.

 Managing regular enquiries as well as manufacturing work orders and keep

update in ERP.
