Instruction and Eligibility Criteria for the empanelment of Interior designers /
Architects
Panel 1 (For works costing upto Rs. 10 Crores)
The applicant should submit the following documents for fulfilling the eligibility for
empanelment as interior designers/Architect in this category.

1. Proof of average annual financial turnover of firm during last 3 year ending
31st March of previous financial year (Min. Annual Average of fee Rs. 12.00 Lacs)

2. Proof of having successfully executed similar works during last 7 years ending last
day of the month previous to one in which applications are invited as per the
following.

a. Three similar executed woks costing each not less than Rs. 4 Crores
OR
b. Two similar executed works costing each not less than Rs. 5 Crores
OR
c. One similar executed works costing each not less than Rs. 8 Crores
3. Copy of valid PAN
4. Copy of GST Registration No.
5. Copy of registration No. with council (for Architects).
6. Copy of performance certificates for the works completed during last 3 years issued by
the clients.
7. History and structure of firm, names of Directors / Partners / Proprietor with technical
staff
8. Audited Balance sheet for previous three financial years i.e. 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16
9. All the documents submitted by the firm Shall be Self attested
10. An affidavit of stamp paper of Rs. 100 (non-judicial) stating that “in case any ambiguity
is noticed in the documents submitted in any stage, we shall be entirely responsible and
liable for any as deemed fir under the law”.
11. Original documents shall be provided if required for cross verification.
12. Enlistment processing fee of Rs. 1000/- (non refundable) should be submitted by the
applicant with application form in the form of Demand Draft in favour of ITDC payable
at New Delhi.
13. Definition of similar works means “Architectural / Interior Designs services for interior
works of 3 Star & above category Hotels, resorts, malls, Restaurant, Coffee Shops etc.
14. The panel shall be valid for two years & shall be renewed thereafter.
15. After or before the completion of validity of two years the empanelled intending firms
may apply again to continue the validity for further two years. Such intending firm may
also apply for upgradation by submitting fresh application.

The applicant should submit the following documents for fulfilling the eligibility for
empanelment as interior designers/Architect in this category.

1. Proof of average annual financial turnover of firm during last 3 year ending
31st March of previous financial year (Min. Annual Average of fee Rs. 22.50 Lacs)

2. Proof of having successfully executed similar works during last 7 years ending last
day of the month previous to one in which applications are invited as per the
following.

a. Three similar executed woks costing each not less than Rs. 9 Crores
OR
b. Two similar executed works costing each not less than Rs. 11.25 Crores
OR

c. one similar executed works costing each not less than Rs. 18 Crores
3. Copy of valid PAN
4. Copy of GST Registration No.
5. Copy of registration No. with council (for Architects).
6. Copy of performance certificates for the works completed during last 3 years issued by
the clients.

Empanelment of Interior Designer / Architect

The Text of Press Advertisement

India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. has recently empanelled

Interior Designers / Architects for Interior work of various ITDC Hotels. In

addition to this, subsequently, it has been decided to make the

empanelment process continuous which shall be dealt after every three

months. Applications are invited for empanelment from well experienced

Interior Designers / Architects for Interior works of various ITDC Hotels /

Properties. This is in continuation of our earlier notified Panel valid for two

years. This will be a continuous process without any closing date. For
