nominated for the Team Leading development programme. If you need support or are on the way, a PDP (Personal Development Plan) is designed and agreed with timings for review. You
will have between 1-3 months to complete 3 activities associated with your desired role and gain the evidence to prove it. Good Luck.

Choose 3 activities - These are divided into scorecards measures – people, practices, profit and guest so you can choose your activity based on your business needs. A good way to think about your
development is to “be able to do the role before you get the role”. Choose your activities and circle your selections, plan them in the designated space and agree SMART objectives with your GM.
Key to task completion: OB = Observation needed by GM EV = Evidence needed to show success over agreed timeframe, e.g.: video’s, figures from scorecard, pictures, training logs etc.
