It is a great pleasure for me to be recommending Mr. Rejan Chitrakar, who has been my
student for the past four years (2006-2010). I am recommending him for graduate studies at
your esteemed University especially because of his strong enthusiasm and capability to learn
and share knowledge. In addition, he is really serious about his studies and career.

During his study at this college, I taught him courses like Electric Circuits, Power Systems and
Instrumentation. He could easily grasp the subject matters taught in the class. He was always
active in practical works and was the team leader of his team regarding practical works. His
research project named "Data and Voice Communication over LASER" during his final year study
at this college was outstanding and it scored the highest points among ten different projects
performed by different groups in his batch.

Because of his strong Mathematical background, he has taught courses like Basic Mathematics
and Business Mathematics to students of Higher Secondary level. He has tutored GRE
Quantitative part to some GRE students as well. In addition, he has good experience working
with electronic software like MATLAB and Proteus and during his study, he was really interested
in simulation in these software. Whatever circuits he be taught in the class, he would simulate
them in different electronic software to gain more knowledge. This was an outstanding feature
of him which I really appreciate.

With few years of interaction with him, I found his personality really pleasing. He was quite
friendly with everyone around college. Likewise, I appreciate his ability to think critically. It was
him who thought of forming group study to pass some difficult courses. This helped many
students to understand the subject matters of difficult courses and many appreciated his
opinion of studying in group and discussing their weaknesses. This proved to be really helpful to
those students who had problems grasping the subject matters taught in the class.

Because of these qualities in him, I personally feel that he is a qualified candidate for graduate
studies. If you grant him admission at your esteemed University, he will have a bright future
ahead.
