‫إفتتاح مكتب إدارة التدريب الفني لإلشراف على تدريب المتخرجيين‬

‫فــي خطــوة مميــزة مــن إدارة التدريــب الفنــي يشــكر القائميــن‬
‫عليهــا وفــي مطلــع شــهر مايــو ‪ 2018‬تــم افتتــاح مكتــب إدارة‬
‫التدريــب الفنــي يعتنــي بتقديــم خدمــات اإلشــراف علــى تدريــب‬
‫الطــاب حديثــي التخــرج مــن معهــد التدريــب الفنــي لصيانــة‬
‫الطائــرات بأكاديميــة األميــر ســلطان لعلوم الطيــران‪ ،‬وفي هذا‬
‫الصــدد قــال مديــر تدريــب تقنيــة وصيانــة الطائــرات بمعهــد‬
‫التدريــب الفنــي لصيانــة الطائــرات األســتاذ طــارق الحجيــري أن‬
‫مــن مهــام مكتــب إدارة التدريــب الجديــد اإلشــراف على تدريب‬
‫الطــاب حديثــي التخــرج فــي اإلدارات الفنيــة بالشــركة بالمبنــى‬
‫الرئيسي والتأكد من حصولهم على التدريب الالزم وتأهيلهم‬
‫للتقدم الختبارات هيئة الطيران المدني للحصول على الرخصة‬
‫التــي تخولهــم العمــل علــى صيانــة الطائــرات وقطــع غيارهــا‪،‬‬
‫مــن ثــم يتــم إنهــاء إجــراءات تعينهــم بالشــركة وتوجيههــم‬
‫إلــى محطــات وإدارات الشــركة بمختلف قطاعاتها التشــغيلية‪.‬‬

‫فــي أجــواء رمضانيــة مميــزة نظمــت شــركة الســعودية لهندســة وصناعــة الطيــران حفــل االفطــار الرمضانــي الســنوي‪ ،‬وذلــك‬
‫بمشــاركة منســوبي الشــركة وبحضــور الرئيــس التنفيــذي ســعادة المهنــدس علــي بــن عبــداهلل العشــبان وكبــار التنفيذييــن‪.‬‬

‫وأقيــم الحفــل فــي عــدت محطــات ‪ :‬جــدة ‪ -‬الريــاض ‪ -‬الدمــام ‪ -‬المدينــة النــورة ‪ ،‬وقــدم ســعادة المهنــدس علــي بــن عبــداهلل‬
‫العشــبان شــكره وتقديــره لكافــة الحضــور لتلبيتهــم الدعــوة‪ ،‬مبــاركًا لهــم حلــول الشــهر الفضيــل‪ ،‬ومتمنيــا لهــم دوام‬
‫النجــاح والتوفيــق‪.‬‬

‫وتشــمل الهندســة مجموعــة متعــددة مــن التخصصــات‬


‫الهندســية علــى الرغــم مــن ّأنهــا تركــز بالدرجــة األولــى علــى‬ ‫هنـدسة الطيــران ‪ ...‬وصناعة صيانة الطائرات‬
‫مجــاالت العلــوم التطبيقيــة‪ ،‬والتكنولوجيــا ؛ وفــي العصــر الحالــي‬ ‫هاني عرب‬
‫تعتبــر الهندســة بشــكل عــام مكونــه مــن فــروع أساســية‬ ‫أوال ماهــي الهندســة ؟؟ هنــاك تعاريــف عــدة للهندســة فقــد‬ ‫ً‬
‫رئيســية وهــي الهندســة الكهربائيــة والهندســة الميكانيكيــة‬ ‫عرفــت الموســوعة العالميــة إنكارتــا الهندســة علــى أنهــا‪:‬‬
‫والهندســة الكيميائيــة والهندســة المدنيــة‪ .‬كمــا توجــد هنالــك‬ ‫الفــن المحتــرف لعمليــة تطبيــق العلــم وتحويلــه األمثــل إلــى‬
‫أيضــا العديــد مــن التخصصــات ذات المجــاالت المتداخلــة أو‬ ‫ً‬
‫اســتخدامات الطبيعــة فــي خدمــة البشــر‪ .‬ويعرفهــا المجلــس‬
‫المشــتقة مــن التخصصــات الرئيســية للهندســة‪.‬‬ ‫الهندســي للتطويــر المهنــي (‪Engineers Council for‬‬
‫‪ )Professional Development‬فــي الواليــات المتحــدة علــى‬
‫لقــد شــهدت العلــوم بأنواعهــا ومجاالتهــا فــي القــرن الماضــي‬
‫تطــورًا هائـ ً‬ ‫أنهــا‪:‬‬
‫ـا وشــمل هــذا التطــور علــوم الهندســة ‪ ،‬حيــث تــم‬
‫اســتحداث فــروع وتخصصــات هندســية جديــدة لتلبــي احتياجــات‬ ‫‪ .1‬التطبيــق اإلبداعــي للمبــادئ العلميــة لتصميــم وتطويــر‬
‫ومتطلبــات اإلنســان وتجــاري مــا اســتحدثه اإلنســان مــن‬ ‫المنشــآت والمكائــن والعــدد‪.‬‬
‫اختراعــات واكتشــافات جديــدة ‪ ،‬فــا يســتطيع شــخص واحــد فــي‬
‫وقتنــا الحالــي الإللمــام بشــتى المجــاالت العلميــة والتكنولوجيــة‬ ‫‪ .2‬العمليــات التصنيعيــة واألعمــال المتعلقــة بهــا بشــكل‬
‫وإن أحــد‬
‫فــي أيامنــا هــذه بســبب التعقيــدات الموجــودة فيهــا ‪ّ ،‬‬ ‫منفــرد أو مجتمــع‪.‬‬
‫هــذه التخصصــات الهندســية التــي تــم اســتحداثها هــي هندســة‬
‫الطيــران‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬إنشــاء أو عمــل وتصميــم فنــي أو صناعــي بــإدراك وفهــم‬
‫أقصــى‪.‬‬
‫وهندســة الطيــران هــي إحــدى فــروع الهندســة والهندســة‬
‫الميكانيكيــة علــى وجــه الخصــوص والتــي تهتــم بدراســة‬ ‫‪ .4‬التكهــن بتصرفــات هــذه العمليــات تحــت ظــروف تشــغيلية‬
‫المركبــات الفضائيــة والطائــرات وتصميمهــا وتطويرهــا‪ ،‬وتتفرع‬ ‫محــددة‪.‬‬
‫هندســة الطيــران إلــى قســمين يختــص أحدهمــا فــي علــوم‬
‫الفضــاء والمركبــات الفضائيــة واآلخــر يختــص ويهتــم بدراســة‬ ‫ً‬
‫تفصيــا مــن‬ ‫أمــا التعريــف البريطانــي للهندســة فهــو أقــل‬
‫الطائــرات بمختلــف أنواعها‪.‬وتشــمل المــواد التــي علــى مهنــدس‬ ‫التعريــف األمريكــي لهــا‪ ،‬فتعــرف علــى أنهــا تصنيــع أو تكويــن‬
‫الطيــران دراســتها خــال التحاقــه بأحــد األكاديميــات والجامعــات‬ ‫المكائــن والعــدد وأجزائهــا‪.‬‬
‫المتخصصــة العديــد مــن المســاقات كميكانيــكا الموائــع ‪ ،‬إذ‬
‫يقــوم بدراســة الموائــع وتأثيرهــا علــى المركبــة وخاصــة الهــواء‬ ‫وتعــرف ايضــا الهندســة كتخصــص عصــري أو مايعــرف بالـــ‬
‫الــذي يتعامــل معــه مهنــدس الطيــران ‪ ،‬والــذي يكــون هــو‬ ‫‪ Engineering‬بأنهــا فــن أو علــم االســتخدام العملــي لمعطيات‬
‫المســؤول عــن طيــران الطائــرات بســبب فــروق الضغــط ‪ ،‬وأيضــا‬ ‫العلــوم الدقيقــة كالفيزيــاء والكيميــاء ومــا إليهما‪ .‬فالهندســة‬
‫مــن المســاقات األخــرى التــي يدرســها طالــب هندســة الطيــران‬ ‫أصــا علــى علــم الفيزيــاء والكيميــاء والرياضيــات‬ ‫ً‬ ‫تبنــى‬
‫هــي الســتاتيكا والديناميــكا ‪ ،‬فتبحــث الســتاتيكا األجســام‬ ‫واشــتقاقاتها مــن علــوم المــواد وميكانيكيــة الصلــب والســائل‬
‫الســاكنة وتأثيــر القــوى عليهــا أمــا الديناميــكا فتختــص بدارســة‬ ‫وعلــوم الحرارة–الحركــة (‪ )Thermodynamics‬وتحليــل‬
‫األجســام المتحركــة وتأثيــر القــوى عليهــا وتحليــل هــذه القــوى‬ ‫األنظمــة وغيرهــا‪.‬‬
‫لدراســة ســلوك هــذه األجســام كالمقذوفــات علــى ســبيل‬
‫المثــال‪.‬‬ ‫أمــا الهندســة كمصطلــح بــدأ مــع معرفــة البشــرية لألشــكال‬
‫المنتظمــة كالمســتقيم والمنحنــى فظهــر مــا يعــرف بعلــم‬
‫كمــا ّأن مهنــدس الطيــران ال تخلــو مهنتــه مــن الكهربــاء‬ ‫الهندســة (‪ )Geometry‬والتــي تعــرف بأنهــا تلــك العلــوم التــي‬
‫فعليــه التوســع أيضــا فــي دراســة علــوم الهندســة الكهربائيــة‬ ‫تجعلنــا نتحــرى خــواص المســاحة بمصطلحــات األشــكال‬
‫مــن أجــل التعامــل مــع الطائــرات والتكنولوجيــا الحديثــة التــي‬ ‫المســتوية – ذات البعديــن – واألشــكال الصلبــة – ذات ثالثــة‬
‫كليــا علــى اآلالت والدوائــر الرقميــة كالطائــرات‬
‫تعتمــد اعتمــادًا ّ‬ ‫أبعــاد – والكلمــة (‪ )Engine‬و(‪ )Ingenious‬اشــتقت مــن الجــذر‬
‫مــن دون طيــار‪ ،‬وكمــا هــي جميــع تخصصــات الهندســة أيضــا ال‬ ‫الالتينــي(‪ )Ingenerar‬وتعنــي اإلبــداع والخلــق واالبتــكار‪.‬‬
‫تخلــو هندســة الطيــران مــن علــوم الرياضيــات والتوســع فــي‬
‫المعــادالت والمصفوفــات الرياضيــة لتمثيــل حركــة الطائــرة‬ ‫ويعــرف علــم الهندســة بإنهــا العلوم التــي تســتخدم الرياضيات‪،‬‬
‫وتصميمهــا ‪ ،‬وأيضــا مــن المــواد التي يدرســها مهنــدس الطيران‬ ‫واألدلــة التجريبيــة والعلميــة‪ ،‬واالقتصاديــة‪ ،‬واالجتماعيــة‪،‬‬
‫علــم خــواص المــواد وأنظمــة التحكــم ودراســة محــركات‬ ‫والعمليــات المعرفيــة مــن أجــل اختــراع وابتــكار‪ ،‬وتصميــم‪،‬‬
‫االحتــراق الداخلــي والتوربينــات والتحكــم بالضجيــج وغيرهــا مــن‬ ‫وبنــاء‪ ،‬وتحســين هيــاكل‪ ،‬وآالت‪ ،‬وأدوات‪ ،‬ونظــم‪ ،‬ومكونــات‪،‬‬
‫العلــوم األخــرى التــي يقــوم بدراســتها مــن أجــل اتقــان وتطويــر‬ ‫ومــواد‪ ،‬وعمليــات مختلفــة‪.‬‬
‫هــذا المجــال ومجــارات المســتجدات والتطــورات فيــه‪.‬‬
‫إن علــم الهندســة عمومــا هــو دراســة مختلــف أنــواع األشــكال‬
‫وبجــوار تخصــص هندســة الطيــران هنــاك تخصصــات فنيــة‬ ‫وصفاتهــا‪ ،‬كمــا أنهــا دراســة عالقــة األشــكال والزوايــا‬
‫مهمــة لصيانــة الطائــرات تــدرس فــي أكاديميــات ومعاهــد‬ ‫والمســافات ببعضهــا‪ .‬وتتعلــق الهندســة بقواعــد رئيســية‬
‫متخصصــة تهتــم بدراســة تخصصــات ومجــاالت دقيقــة فــي‬ ‫ثــاث هــي أداء الغــرض مــن التصميــم الهندســي‪ ،‬واالقتصــاد فــي‬
‫صيانــة أجــزاء الطائــرات ‪Aircraft Maintenance‬؛ وبعــد‬ ‫اإلنفــاق‪ ،‬واألمــان ضمــن العمــر التصميمــي لحيــاة المســتخدم‬
‫االنتهــاء مــن فتــرة الدراســة للتخصصــات الفنيــة لصيانــة‬ ‫ونوعيــة المــادة المســتخدمة‪.‬‬
‫الطائــرات والتــي قــد تمتــد لعاميــن علــى الخريــج العمــل لــدى‬
‫إحــدى الجهــات المعتمــدة لتقديــم خدمــات صيانــة الطائــرات‬ ‫و يمكننــا اختصــار تعريــف الهندســة بأنهــا نظــام وفــن ومهنــة‬
‫لفتــرة معينــة يكتســب مــن خاللهــا الخبــرة الكافيــة والتــي‬ ‫تطبــق النظريــات العلميــة لتصميــم وبنــاء وتطويــر وتحليــل‬
‫تخولــه التخصــص فــي إحــدى أنــواع الطائــرات والخضــوع الختبــارات‬ ‫الحلــول التقنيــة‪.‬‬

‫رحلــة ورقــة خاصــة فــي هــذا الكتيــب وبــدون هــذا التوقيــع ال تقلــع‬ ‫واعتمــادات هيئــات الطيــران المدنــي للحصــول علــى الرخصــة‬
‫الطائــرة طبقــا لقوانيــن هيئــات ومنظمــات الطيــران المدنــي‬ ‫التــي تخولــه العمــل كفنــي معتمــد (مرخــص) لصيانــة الطائــرات‪.‬‬
‫وقوانيــن الطيــران العالميــة؛ ألنــه ببســاطة يعتبــر هــذا التوقيــع‬
‫هــو شــهادة للطائــرة بأنهــا صالحــة للطيــران؛ فبدونــه تعتبــر‬ ‫وتنقســم التخصصــات الفنيــة لصيانــة الطائــرات إلــى تخصــص‬
‫فنــي هيــاكل ومحــركات الطائــرات وهــو مــا يعــرف بتخصــص ‪A&P‬‬
‫الطائــرة غيــر صالحــة للطيــران لعــدم وجــود هــذه الشــهادة التــي‬
‫اختصــارًا لـــ‪ Airframe & Power Plant‬ويــدرس الطالــب فــي‬
‫يحاســب عليهــا قانونيــا وجنائيــا إذا اقتضــى األمــر ذلــك‪.‬‬
‫هــذا التخصــص مــواد تختــص بهيــاكل الطائــرات والمحــركات‬
‫وأجزاءهــا و الميكانيــكا العامــة وأنظمــة الهبــوط واإلقــاع أيضــا بجــوار هــذه التخصصــات المهمــة فــي عالــم صناعــة‬
‫والــدوران وأنظمــة الهيدروليــك والتبريــد والوقــود وعلــم الطيــران هنــاك تخصصــات مســاندة بدونهــا ال يمكــن أن تعمــل‬
‫الطائــرة حيــث تحتــوي الطائــرات كغيرهــا مــن اآلالت علــى‬ ‫ديناميــكا الهــواء‪.‬‬
‫أجــزاء تحتــاج إلــى شــخص متخصــص فــي هــذا المجــال ومنهــا‬
‫أمــا التخصــص الثانــي لفنــي صيانــة الطائــرات هــو تخصــص فنــي علــى ســبيل المثــال تخصصــات كالكهربــاء والميكانيــكا‬
‫الكترونيــات ‪ AVIONICS‬وهــى اختصــار ‪ AVIATION ECTRONICS‬واإللكترونيــات والخراطــة واللحــام وغيرهــا مــن التخصصــات‪،‬‬
‫ويــدرس الطالــب فــي هــذا التخصــص مــواد تشــمل الكهربــاء ومــع التقــدم التكنولوجــي والرقمــي أصبحــت الطائــرات الحديثــة‬
‫والكترونيــات الطيــران و أنظمــة الطيــار اآللــي وأنظمــة المالحــة ال تخلــوا مــن أجهــزة الحاســبات الرقميــة والتــي تحتــاج إلــى‬
‫متخصــص فــي علــوم الحاســب اآللــي حيــث أصبــح هــذا التخصــص‬ ‫وأجهــزة الــرادار واالتصــاالت واإلضــاءة‪.‬‬
‫مــن التخصصــات التــي تلعــب دور مهــم فــي عــدة مجــاالت فــي‬
‫وأخيــرا تخصــص فنــي الصفائــح المعدنيــة ‪ SHEET METAL‬حياتنــا اليوميــة مــن ضمنهــا مجــال صناعــة وصيانــة الطائــرات‬
‫ويــدرس الطالــب فــي هــذا التخصــص مــواد تختــص بالصفائــح ‪ ،‬أيضــا تخصصــات كالكيميــاء والفيزيــاء أصبــح لهــا دور مهــم‬
‫المعدنيــة المســتخدمة فــي صناعــة الطائــرات وطــرق صيانتهــا‪ .‬جـدًا فــي عالــم صيانــة الطائــرات ‪ ،‬ولهــذه التخصصــات المختلفــة‬
‫والمتعــددة دور مهــم جــدًا وحيــوي فــي اختبــار قطــع وأجــزاء‬
‫إن فنــي صيانــة الطائــرات عــادة ال تتــم مالحظتــه مــن قبــل الطائــرات‪.‬‬
‫المســافرين علــى متــن الطائــرة وذلــك ألنــه يعمــل فــي ســرعة‬
‫ودقــة قبــل إقــاع الطائــرة ‪ ،‬كمــا أن فنــي صيانــة الطائــرات إن فــي عالــم صناعــة صيانــة الطيــران تعمــل جميــع هــذه‬
‫يتطلــب منــه توخــي الدقــة الكبيــرة أثنــاء عمليــات الصيانــة إذ التخصصــات بكافــة مجاالتهــا المختلفــة فــي دائــرة عمــل‬
‫أنــه مســؤول عــن حيــاة العديــد مــن األرواح فــي شــتى المجــاالت مقننــة ومحكمــة تتبــع فيهــا قواعــد وخطــوات ملزمــة ال مجــال‬
‫التــي يعمــل بهــا ســواء كان ذلــك قبــل إقــاع الطائــرة أو فــي فيهــا لالرتجــال وتخضــع إلــى التفتيــش المنتظــم والدائــم مــن‬
‫حظائــر صيانــة الطائــرات أو فــي ورش صيانــة قطــع الطائــرات منظمــات وهيئــات الطيــران المدنــي وفقــا لقواعــد وأنظمــة‬
‫الطيــران العالميــة والشــركات المصنعــة للطائــرات لينعــم‬ ‫ومحركاتهــا‪.‬‬
‫الراكــب فــي مقعــده علــى متــن الطائــرة بســفر مريــح وفــق‬
‫وبصفــة أساســية ودائمــة ال تقلــع أي طائــرة فــي رحلــة طيــران معاييــر ســامة دوليــة وآمــن بــإذن اهلل‪.‬‬
‫إال بعــد أن يقــوم فنــي صيانــة الطائــرات المعتمــد برخــص فنيــة‬
‫مــن المنظمــات والهيئــات المتخصصــة بالفحوصــات الالزمــة‬
‫للطائــرة وذلــك طبقــا ألدلــة الشــركة المصنعــة للطائــرة؛ حيــث‬
‫يقــوم فنــي صيانــة الطائــرة بالتوقيــع أو اإلمضــاء باســمه ورقــم‬
‫رخصتــه مؤكــدًا علــى أن الطائــرة صالحــة للطيــران بأمــان فــي‬

‫‪ 2036‬الــذي يتحــدث عــن مســتقبل الطيــران خــال الســنوات‬
‫هــذه األرقــام الكبيــرة ســوف تكــون مؤشــرًا إيجابيــا للبنــوك‬
‫بتمعــن‬
‫ّ‬ ‫العشــرين القادمــة‪ ،‬والــذي مــن المفتــرض أن يقــرأه‬
‫العالميــة وأصحــاب رؤوس األمــوال الكبيــرة والصنــادق‬
‫كل مــن “التنفيذييــن فــي شــركات الطيــران‪ ،‬القيــادات فــي‬ ‫ً‬
‫الســيادية‪ ،‬والتــي ســوف تلعــب دورًا مهمــا فــي عمليــة شــراء‬
‫هيئــات الطيــران المدنــي‪ ،‬اإلدارييــن فــي شــركات الخدمــات‬
‫الطائــرات وتأجيرهــا لشــركات الطيــران بنظــام ‪، Dry Lease‬‬
‫المســاندة للطائــرات والمطــارات‪ ،‬مســؤولي الســياحة والســفر‪،‬‬
‫إضافــة إلــى االســتثمار فــي تأســيس شــركات خدمــات مســاندة‬
‫المســتثمرين‪ ،‬البنــوك‪ ،‬الصناديــق الســيادية‪ ،‬وكل المهتميــن‬

‫تســاهم فــي تشــغيل هــذا العــدد مــن الطائــرات‪ ،‬أو مــن خــال‬
‫أن أجعلهــا ســهلة الفهــم واالســتعياب مــن خــال األنفوجرافــك‬
‫اإلســتحواذ علــى الشــركات الموجــودة حاليــا‪.‬‬

‫االســتثمارات العامــة بطــرح هــذا التقريــر للدراســة الســتخراج‬
‫خــال العشــرين ســنة القادمــة ســوف يتــم تصنيــع ‪34,900‬‬
‫الفــرص االســتثمارية التــي يمكــن لنــا اســتغاللها‪ ،‬والخــروج‬
‫طائــرة جديــدة‪ ،‬هــذا العــدد ال يشــمل الطائــرات الصغيــرة ذات‬
‫منهــا بأفضــل المكاســب واألربــاح‪.‬‬
‫الحمولــة األقــل مــن ‪ 100‬راكــب‪ .‬رقــم كبيــر يؤكــد مــا تذكــره‬
‫أغلــب الدراســات‪ ،‬وهــو أن نســبة النمــو فــي عالــم الطيــران تقــدر‬
‫بـــ ‪ %100‬أو أكثــر كل ‪ 15‬ســنة‪ .‬وأن نســبة النمــو األكبــر فــي العالــم‬
‫بالنســبة للطائــرات الجديــدة ســوف تكــون فــي شــرق آســيا‬
‫بمعــدل ‪ ،%41‬أي أكثــر مــن نســبة نمــو أمريــكا الشــمالية وأوروبــا‬
