Store in SNN Raj Greenbay, SNN Raj Etternia and SNN Raj Grandeur

As you are aware, SNN Builders is about to deliver three of its projects --- SNN Raj Grandeur, SNN Raj
Greenbay & SNN Raj Etternia at three great locations with fully loaded amenities.

We are providing first preference to the owners of any SNN projects to set up and run

(i) Unisex Beauty Saloon

(ii) Full-fledged departmental store with fruits & vegetables
(iii) Pharmaceutical Store

Those who are interested should have hands on experience in running the above business. Following is
the minimum requirement.

• For Unisex Beauty Saloon -- should have existing saloons in and around Bangalore
• For Departmental Store -- should be a Branded Department Store having 15 to 20 outlets in
Bangalore. Franchise also can approach us.
• For Pharmaceutical Store -- should have at least 2 outlets in Bangalore. Franchise also can
approach us.

We would appreciate to receive the response only from the people who meets the eligibility criteria as
mentioned above.

First preference will be given to SNN customers. In case we do not get the response from SNN
customers, we will approach the outsiders.
