Gonzales, landlady and owner of the condominium unit located Cityland Vito Cruz Tower 1, Pasay City District 1, Manila.
It has been THIRTY (30) DAYS since you received
our letter dated 7 January 2018 and still, you have failed to pay and still refuses to pay your rental arrears for SIX (6) MONTHS, which have now amounted to THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 300,000.00)
Please be reminded that our client has sent you
several letters of demand for you to pay your back rentals and to vacate the premises but the same letters have been left unanswered. Consider this then, as our client’s FINAL DEMAND for you to PAY YOUR ACCOUNT within FIVE (5) DAYS from receipt and to VACATE THE premises within FIFTEEN (15) DAYS from receipt of this notice. Oth Otherwise, your actions will be construed as willful and in bad faith such that our client shall be constrained to commence suit to protect her interests. But your immediate and faithful compliance with this notice will prevent any further action against you.
