Official requets to Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum
I request that Ms. Karen Kelly is put in front of a judge in an American court.
I am accusing Ms. Karen Kelly for:

• Violation of the sixth amendment of the USA Constitution: Ms. Karen Kelly is working for The Florida Bar, where she
is in charge of the Bar’s Sponsored Referral Service. I contacted The Florida Bar because I am a student and can not
afford a lawyer myself and I need a lawyer to assist me to confront the authorities and politicians and other people in

the USA who had abandoned med and by that being responsible for the continuous violation of my legal and human

rights. Inside the The Florida Bar, Zina Jackson informed Karen Kelly about my case and handed over the responsibility

to assist me to her, and on 2 as well as 21 March 2009 I mailed to Karen Kelly additional documentation about my case.
Karen Kelly is a witness in my case. She knew:

- that I was tortured and kidnapped by the Danish police
- that my rights according to the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963, Article 36 (a, b and c) had been

violated
- that none of the above violations against me had been protested by the American Embassy in Copenhagen

- that I am now handicapped for life in my left shoulder

- that I had been requesting help from the President, Secretary of State, Senators, Congressman and the Governor from
Florida and so on, and that all of those had ignored my requests and kept in silence.

Karen Kelly knew all this, and I and her colleagues asked her to help me get counsel and legal help to put all these
people responsible for my situation in front of a court. She promised her colleagues to help, but even after several emails

and phone messages from me, I never heard anything from her, total silence. And by choosing to let me down on this

background, Ms. Karen Kelly has made herself a violator of my rights according to the sixth amendment of the USA
Constitution.

• Violation of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963, Article 36 (a, b and c). Because she knew my
protection rights under this International agreement, and she knew that this agreement is protected under the USA

Constitution and she failed to assist me in getting the legal help that is also my right.

and she chose to not assist me getting this help – and she chose not even to let me know about
her decission (- or somebody else ordered her to not take any action).
• Discrimination: The Florida Bar says on their webpage (www.floridabar.org) that: “The
Florida Bar wants to make legal services readily available to individuals and families who
need a lawyer.”” The Florida Bar Lawyer Referral Service and local bar association lawyer
referral services are designed to make it easy for you to contact a lawyer.”” If your personal

circumstances qualify you for referral to the Elderly Referral Panel, the Low Fee Panel, the
AIDS Law Panel or the Disability Law Panel, you will receive a free initial 30-minute office
consultation.” Karen Kelly chose NOT to make legal services available to me, or even to

make it easier for me to contact a lawyer, and even though I as a student should be qualified
for a free consultation, she did NOT provide this to me. In fact she did nothing at all. This is
discrimination, unless the same thing happens to all other poor persons; which I doubt.
• Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law (The Federal Civil Rights Statutes, Title 18,

U.S.C., Section 242). She is accomplished in depriving me my rights Under the Color of
Law, because she knows my protection rights the VCCR, which is protected under the
supreme law of the land, The USA Constitution - and even that, she never ever kept her

obligation and promise to assist me in finding legal help to legally pursue the American
authorities who initially deprived me my rights.

What do I want?

To bring Karen Kelly in front of a USA judicial court to answer for my straight accusations for
the crimes mentioned above.

Karen Kelly knew about my case since March 2009. She never came back to me as promised and
in that way she is accomplished in negating me my most fundamental constitutional protection
rights. I want to prosecute Karen Kelly for the act of discrimination.
