Official requets to Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum
I request that Mr. Robert S. Mueller III is impeached and is asked to explain high and clear the below violations of my rights.
I have been three times writing to Mr. Robert S. Mueller III in his capacity as Director of the United States Federal Bureau
of Investigation (FBI). Every time I send him a detailed explanation about my case together with a full explanation about

whom I have requested to assist me in protecting me and recovering my fundamental human-, legal- and civil rights.
Together with my explanations, of course, I sent Mr. Mueller detailed and systematic documentation of my claims and

my correspondence.
Before I contacted Mr. Mueller, I had of course contacted my local FBI office in Copenhagen. But the officer Mr. Brian,

who I talked to there twice, did not want to assist me. And he also chose not to call me back, even though he promised me.
Then at the end, I decided to contact the head office and Mr. Mueller in Washington.

Letter sent 30 July 2009. First time I wrote Mr. Mueller; I send my letter and all the documentation by regular mail,
directly to the FBI headquarters in Washington. In my letters I asked Mr. Mueller full investigation about my case with the

intention to juridical prosecute those named individuals that continuously have been violating my fundamental rights of

protection. - I did not get any answer about my letter or my request.

Letter sent 20 August 2009. The second time I wrote Mr. Mueller; I send the letter via the American Ambassador in

Copenhagen, Ms. Laurie S. Fulton, asking her to deliver it to Mr. Mueller. Again I did not get any answer.
Emails send 13 September 2009. The third time, after an agreement with an FBI officer at the Washington Field Office

over the phone, I send my message and documentation to Mr. Mueller via the Washington Field Office email address.
Still I have got no answer from the Robert S Mueller III at all.

By ignoring me requests and not do any investigation about my case (at far as I am informed), Mr. Mueller, together

all the American authority people that I reported to him, is accomplished in depriving me my rights as an American
citizen.

• Violation of the sixth amendment of the USA Constitution: Accomplished in letting me go through two court cases,
where I was discriminated and where key evidence in my favor was hidden, without any protest about these violations

Justice obstruction by not supporting me in my requests to him; he did not even answer my
letters to him at all. He failed to support me in investigating and prosecuting the American
authorities that had violated my rights and that under the collar of law.
• Violation of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963 (VCCR), Article 36
(a, b and c): By ignoring my requests Mr. Mueller is accomplished in silencing the Danish
authorities illegal arrest, torture, kidnapping and negation of letting me contact the USA
embassy or consulate, as it is stipulated in the my USA passport page 4.4, as well as negating

• Discrimination: At the time of his accomplished silence of my case. Because other
USA citizens arrested in a country which does not even have diplomatic relations

with USA, enjoy having VCCR protection and full protection from the USA State
Department; example, Alan P. Gross, USA citizen arrested in Cuba. Also the FBI was
immediately probing the case, when American citizens in December 2009 were
arrested in Pakistan.

investigating violations of federal civil rights laws…and we take that responsibility
seriously. Why? Because as Director Mueller has said, “When just one of us loses

same webpage it is written about Colar of Law: ”Those sworn to protect and serve our
country must themselves uphold the law and the U.S. Constitution. We investigate “color of
law” abuses, including use of excessive force.”, ”it’s a federal crime for anyone acting

protected by the Constitution or U.S. law. “Color of law” simply means that the person is

241): Having the power granted by the Senate to protect USA and USA citizens, under The

• Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law (The Federal Civil Rights Statutes, Title 18,

protected under the USA Constitution. Having the power and obligation to protect me and to
investigate my case, he has decided to protect national and foreign authorities and a foreign
government instead. Mr. Mueller has abused the power that the USA Constitution has given

to him, when he negates me my Constitutional protection rights for apparently political

conveniences.

Immediately and without any kind of hesitation, to bring Mr. Robert S. Mueller III in front
USA judicial court and to answer for my straight accusations for the crimes mention above.
