Motozen Fuel Systems is headquartered in Gurugram and manufacturing
plant in Delhi. Motozen team has the vast experience, knowledge with inter-
national outlook. We comply with ISO 9001-2015 QUALITY MANAGEMNET
SYSTEM for manufacturing of Speed Limiting Devices. The Motozen Fuel
Systems manufacturing premises is ensured to be antiskid and dust free.
The SLD manufactured is for wide range of passenger and commercial vehi-
cles. Motozen CNG kits comes with AEB SpA, Italy in its customized software
and have the approvals for BSIII, BSIV and BSIV OBDII.

Motozen’s fundamental objective is to provide a product / service that

9001 : 2015. All the products of Motozen are approved according to the
regulations in force and comply with the CMRV directives on pollutant
emissions BS III, BS IV and BS IV OBD II.

The injector rail in a CNG sequential sys-
tem is meant to inject the controlled
quantity of CNG fuel at specific intervals
of time (as programmed in ECU). The
programming is done in such a way that
the petrol injectors and the CNG/LPG in-
jectors perform identically.

The Change-over Switch is the part of
CNG / LPG Electronic Circuit Unit and is
installed in the vehicle dashboard near
to driving seat.
CNG GAUGE
The CNG Gauge or CNG pressure sen-
sor provides a linear electronic signal
proportional to gas pressure. The device
uses an analogical indication for directly
reading the pressure of the gas in the
tank.

Motozen Fuel Systems serves the automotive industry,

with Speed Limitation Devices which are invented to im-
prove savings in operating expenses, fuel consumption,
mechanical breakdowns and road accidents. A speed lim-
iter is a governor used to limit the top speed of a vehicle.
For some classes of vehicles and in some states they are
mandatory.

Motozen Electronic Speed Limitation Device is used to
limit the top speed of a vehicle. Save fuel, maintenance
and accidents costs. Your vehicles are amongst the most
expensive assets in your organisation, no matter how large
or small it is. Make sure your drivers drive the way you
want them to.

It does not have any harmful effects on engines or trans-

missions and does not cause error warnings on engine
computers. Our speed limiters comply with the AIS stand-
ards.

aptation systems under Motozen brand comply with the most stringent
international anti-pollution regulations BS IV OBD II, BS IV, BS III cover-
ing more than 250 vehicles from the year 2005 to 2018 (Till BSIV OBD II
norms)

Motozen CNG kits are approved for retro-fitment in Maruti Suzuki, Hon-
da, Hyundai, Toyota, TATA, Chevrolet, Fiat, Nissan, Mahindra, Volkswa-
gen, Ford, Datsun, Renault, Skoda.

The ECU is the heart of cng sequential kits.

Motozen ECUs are manufactured
and imported from Italy. The model MP32 is
equipped with a 32-PIN with high protection
against water infiltrations and leads to best
fuel efficiency across all kits.

tribution network. The Motozen brand has established it-
