By that time, the Dee siblings, the younger Enchong at age 20 while filming Your Song presents
"Boystown" in 2009, and his sister Anj at age 19 in 2018. He was in men’s 50, 100 and 200-meter
butterfly, 400-meter individual medley and 1,500-meter freestyle events, while his sister in women's
800-meter freestyle

While before taking a swimming photo and video shoot, Anj and Enchong Dee would spend more
time at Bodyworx Spa and Fitness Club in Quezon City

"[I was] pressured, hungry and happy. [I had] one week [preparation], 'yung talagang grabe one
week. Gusto ko kumain ng buffet after," he added.

At 9:09 a.m., the two of them arrived at Makati Aqua Sports Arena.

They spend at the locker room, doing topless and selfie with four and the team, led by Ronnie
Salvacion, Hub Pacheco, creative director Patrick Ty, stylist Eldzs Mejia & Ria Gamboa and Peps
Silvestre.

After training ng mga bata at the Makati Aqua Sports Arena (inspired from episode 3, part 3 of Your
Song Presents: Boystown), the Dee siblings Enchong and Anj, along with Robi Domingo, his manager
Keren Pascual, and their father Johnson “Sonny” Dee also known as Three “It-Bros” for they doing
scuba diving at Aquaventure Reef Club Dive Resort, Brgy. Bagalangit, Mabini, Batangas and we’re
they safe together until we go home.

course

After a great dive, dine with us overlooking the sea as we serve fresh meal selections from our buffet
table.

Lecture room are readily available for dive lectures and training.

In the afternoon of our first day, we got into business and met our diving instructor Miss Mabel who,
along with her other guides, helped us into gearing up in our diving suits and tanks. They were all
very nice, knowledgeable of course and helpful to first timers like us.

1 Shore dive is 1900/per person, 1 boat dive is 3000/per person for 2 to 3 discovery divers, 1 boat
dive discounted is 2700/per person min of 4 discovery diver.

It probably took us about an hour to learn about the basics of scuba diving like equalizing (removing
ear pressure underwater), hand signals, breathing using the oxygen regulator, and removing water
from your mask (please correct me if any of my terms were wrong!). We used the medium size pool
to also practice breathing and swimming with our fins on. Didn’t know how heavy those fins were
until that day.

Time for some real action!

Rolling backwards off the boat is quite scary but I guess thanks to my previous experiences in other
places like canyoneering in Cebu, I realized that taking much of my time feeding my fear won’t do
me any good.

 The view beneath the water showcases a wide slope of beautiful hard and soft corals resembling
pink and lilac flower bouquets, colorful fishes, bright blue starfishes scattered everywhere and we
even saw a huge pawikan so close and followed it for a good 10 minutes. Nothing I’ve seen in my
whole life. By now I’m sure you realize that this is one of the best experiences I had while travelling.
The only thing is that I didn’t bring with me my underwater cam lol! But I’m happy even so because I
was able to really take a good look and even played with my hands waving at the fishes as if they
were my friends.

Ate Avon has a gopro camera at that time so I’ll have to copy the photos from her and save it for
another post. 🙂

Overall, I had such a great time. The scuba diving experience was tiring mainly because of the heavy
weights but it is very worth it. I’ll give it another try on a different diving spot when given the
chance. And I also love how relaxing the place is after the said activity.
