1. IMPLEMENTATION
Description of the maintenance system of the laboratories and equipment

a. All laboratory equipments are prone to breakdown after frequent use; hence, a
repair is necessary. Troubleshooting and replacement form and report us
maintained for reference when repairing or replacing apparatus.

b. The maintenance repair and replacement policy of a certain college contains


varied apportions of percentage responsibility for expenses at a rate equivalent to
the percentage responsibility to blame.

c. A student who breaks an apparatus or equipment as a result of not being given


clear or complete instruction is responsible for a certain percentage of the
replacement cost. The instructor pays the remainder and ensures the giving
adequate instruction to avoid further accidents.

d. If a group of students who are performing an experiment is involved in damaging


an apparatus and are equally responsible through negligence, then the cost will be
divided among them.

e. If the apparatus, which is damaged by the students, has been frequently used or is
quite old, the laboratory officer in charge should report it to the supply officer for
replacement.
