Finding merit in the appeal of R.U. AQUINO CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT

CORPORATION for the lifting of its blacklisting/suspension imposed under Department
Order (D.O.) No. 66, Series of 2018, dated April 16, 2018, and in view of the findings and
recommendation of the Undersecretary for Regional Operations concerned, in his
Memorandum for the Secretary dated 23 May 2018, the same is hereby GRANTED.

D.O. No. 66, Series of 2018 is hereby LIFTED and SET ASIDE, effective on the date
indicated above.
