expansion of the international business specific in Asian Region. Strategy was licensing to local retailers and stores keepers and sell
coffee to them after them they sold to customers in this way starbucks only gained licensing fees and royalties on revenues. Starbucks
strictly ensured that all stores following same formula of starbucks.
