In the interest of the service and in view of the increase in the national equivalent road length
of Pampanga pt District Engineering Office for a total of 266.727 kilometers subsequent to
the inclusion of road widening projects along the portions of various national roads funded
and completed under the Korean Fund and GAA 2014, 2015 and 2016, pursuant to Item No.
2 of D. O. No. 110, series of 2016, the Pampanga 1st District Engineering Office, Region
III is hereby reclassified from 2nd to 1st Class DEO.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
