 As a proposal writer my duties encompassed that of writing proposal/RFP responses for Help Desk
Software (Cherwell Service Management) and staffing services.
 Responsible for analyzing and responding to RFX’s (RFP, RFI, RFQ, etc)
 Writing competitive Technical/Business proposals in response to RFPs/RFQs issued by State, private and
Local government agencies.
 Plan, write structured sections independently and support sections of RFX’s by working on standard
questions.
 Gathers information by consulting Subject Matter Experts and write various proposal sections, including
executive summaries, cover letters, past performance/qualification summaries and resumes and
technical solutions
 Ensured that proposal responses complied with RFP requirements, contained win strategies and themes,
