Focus Points
• ADA accessibility
• Wayfinding Mobile workspace Hybrid workstation
• Acoustics
• Modernism
The design met ADA clearances
by using proper widths and Color Palette
heights of doors, corridors,
restroom stalls, counters, and
furniture arrangements.
Wayfinding was created through
the use of concrete flooring next to
LVT flooring, along with wall color
choices.
Acoustics were controlled through
acoustical ceiling tiles, as well as, Luxury vinyl tile
free-standing acoustical wall
panels to separate open office
work spaces.
The whole design encompasses
modernism, from the use of
concrete, glass, and wood tile, to
the color and furniture selections.
