EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Innovations in banking system is pretty different compared to other innovative

activities run in the banking sector due to it’s limitation of area of service to be provided.
Any how these innovative system are very important and necessary to every organization
to do the financial activities in effectively to reach the target or organizational goal .as
well as customer’s satisfaction.

Many managers whether managers, supervisor and employees have been

successfully following the rules and regulations regarding financial activities. The bank
reaching their financial target successfully because of maintenance of financial sources in
systematic way. As well as providing advanced products & services To their customer.

Most of the organization are not adopted all the innovations in banking system in
there bank. If the organization know all financial sources they can easily adopted but
mainly banks are don’t know about how many financial sources are there and how to
utilize those sources in bank to reach the bank goal. If they are adopted all the financial
sources in systematically they can get success in market.

For this purpose I chose Pujjya Sharanabasaveshwara Pattina Souhardha Sahakari

ltd. In Maski. For this purpose I have designed the research activity, which includes
descriptive method. Primary data and secondary data are used to collect the analysis is
done using the statistical tools like tabulation and represented by the graphs. Any how all
of them were sorted and analyised by me carefully with special guidance of our respected
guides.
