Recommended evacuation time is 30 minutes to 4 hours (the longer the better)


When evacuating the system, the oil removed from the system to be replaced with the
equivalent volume of clean oil plus the following:
Component replaced Oil qty
Condenser 30 ml
Receiver Drier 15 ml
TXV/Orifice tube Nil
Evaporator 50 ml
Hose / pipe 10 ml
Accumulator Equivalent to the oil drained from the old accumulator + 28ml
Compressor Refer to manufacturers liturature
