1. Introduction
Every year many vehicles over speeding cause many serious accidents, especially some special vehicles

without speed limit device, such as tank truck, mixer truck, forklift, factories and mines internal transport vehicles

and other special vehicles. All of them need speed limit device.
Application occasion: widely applied to taxi, coach car, school bus, bus, road roller, excavator, dump truck,
factory vehicle, such as trailer, truck, forklift, etc..

2. Features
 Wide voltage power supply (DC12V~24V).

 Support two speed limit modes: electronic and mechanical speed limit.

 Tachometer signal is real-time measurement through GPS signal, accurate speed.

 Two levels of overspeed setting. Over different levels of speed will have different voice prompts.

 Remote control function. Use remote controller to set parameters within 1 meter.

 Voice alarm function.

 8 volume ranges.

 Built in 8Ω 1W speaker or connect external 8Ω 10W speaker

6. Electronic throttle controller installation

Find out two signal lines of the accelerator pedal, one is about 0.35V, the other is about 0.7V, cut off, connecting
wire as shown below.

Definition of 4 signal lines:

Color Function
Red 0.7V signal line, connected to ECU connector
Black 0.7V signal line, connected with accelerator pedal
Green 0.35V signal line, connected to ECU connector
Yellow 0.35V signal line, connected with accelerator pedal

Note: different vehicle type, the voltage signal of accelerator pedal has deviation. The voltage signal of throttle
controller can be adjusted through potentiometer.

7. Mechanical throttle controller installation

Mechanical throttle controller has 12V and 24V two types for you to choose.

8. Attention

1. Before using, please read the instructions carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us freely.

2. Attention to the power supply range, do not connect the wrong power, otherwise, can cause the host device

burnout.

3. Remote control should be operated within one meter.

4. After installation is finished, please correct the speed parameter, otherwise, speed detection will be not

accurate;

5. In the process of using, if find anything wrong with the host device, nonprofessionals do not open.
