Foreword
Hypnotherapy has been used in dental practice since the
19th century. It was used then in the form of
hypnoanalgesia during surgical dental intervention. The
first tooth extraction with the use of hypnoanalgesia was
performed by Jean Victor Dudet in 1830.

Since then, hypnotherapists have made powerful strides


toward changing public perception about hypnosis.
Doctors continue to use hypnosis to calm their patients,
and to ease pain during procedures (Bierman, 1995). They
regularly tell patients how easy recovery will be.
Additionally, doctors tell patients that a procedure is
common and meets with a high degree of success.
Because these phrases are delivered by an authority
figure, they act in exactly the same way as hypnotic
suggestions, and become reality for the patient. More
obvious hypnotic suggestions are also sometimes given to
patients by doctors trained in hypnosis, and for over a
century, dentists have used hypnosis to ease discomfort
during dental procedures.

In addition to using hypnotic techniques themselves,


doctors and dentists regularly refer patients to
hypnotherapists for help with weight loss, smoking
cessation, and overcoming fears about dental and surgical
procedures. Before the 1950s, the medical profession
scoffed at hypnotherapy, but today it is being readily
embraced as a complement to long-standing medical
procedures.

According to the southern Medical Journal (2004), as


many as 40% of Americans use some form of
complementary and alternative medicine such as
hypnotherapy. At no other time has the world of
hypnotherapy been as wide open with exciting possibilities

as it is now. Because more and more people are exploring
and accepting the benefits of hypnotherapy, a much
greater need for qualified hypnotherapists to open
practices now exists. The goal of this book is to give you, a
potential or practicing hypnotherapist, a strong base for
building your practice. You will be guided through a basic
hypnotherapy session, and you will be given homework
opportunities to use and modify your techniques so that
you can help others lose weight, find love, and increase
their financial success, among other issues.

What is a Script?

Perhaps the most important part of any hypnosis
experience is the script.

What is a script? A script is the meat of the hypnosis


experience. It is where the therapy occurs. If you do not
have a script, you are not doing hypnotherapy. You may
be hypnotizing your client, but you are not helping anyone.
A script is the portion of the hypnosis session during which
you suggest change. It delivers the main message to the
subconscious mind. The pretalk, induction and deepening
were all to prepare the client for the script.

A script can be on anything: attracting romantic partners,


improving efficiency for increased financial success,
weight loss, memory improvement, smoking cessation,
improved confidence, or whatever the client’s challenge
may be.

As part of a self-hypnotherapy session, a hypnotherapist


could even write a script to enhance her creativity—to
suggest to her subconscious mind that she is going to
write more creative scripts.

The script is where you form new associations for the


client. Instead of being afraid, the client will associate a
pleasant feeling with talking to members of the opposite
sex, eating health foods, going down an escalator, down
an elevator, into a crowd of people, up on a stage, in an
airplane, near a snake.

I have a prospective client who is afraid of entering parking


garages. During the script, she will be given a new
association for entering a parking garage, and she will no
longer be afraid. Her old association, the one she has now,
is scary for her. The script will plant positive suggestions
that her body will remember in the future when she
actually enters a parking garage.

If you are new to hypnotherapy, you might want to start


with a script written by someone else. You can borrow one
of my scripts, or a script from one of the countless books
available on this topic (see chapter’s end for
recommended resources).

When using a script that someone else has written, make


sure that you have read through it before the hypnosis
session. The worst thing you can possibly do is go into a
session without previously having read through the script.

You want to be familiar with the script for several reasons.


First of all, you do not want to trip through words and
concepts while reading the script during the session.
(Because your client’s eyes are covered, you can read a
script during a session. You do not have to memorize it.)
Second of all, you need to evaluate the script prior to
reading it to your client. Each client is different, so you will
need to find and eliminate those things in the script that
are not going to apply to the particular client for whom the
script is being used. You need to have a full understanding
of the script so that you can tailor it to reach the best
possible results.

Do your due diligence. Do not allow yourself any excuses.


Prepare every time.

Beware of procrastinating and ending up in a situation that


causes you to stumble. You can get lazy. You can get into
a rut. During a live sermon, the preacher can say, “I am
sorry. I made a mistake. Let me backtrack.” You cannot do
that under hypnosis. Every word you say goes into the
patient’s subconscious mind.

Be prepared. You are dealing with the most precious part
of a human: His mind. Treat it delicately.

I do not say this to scare you. I say this to prepare you.

Be prepared.

Consider a script for weight loss that begins like this:


Now, you will imagine that you are a machine and you can
put different types of batteries in your power center. You
have been choosing batteries which do not last long and
leave a residue. From now on, you will chose proper
batteries which power you for a long time and do not leave
a residue.

Let’s say that you are not interested or inspired by the


machine analogy used in the script. Also, your client is not
interested in machines at all. Would this script be
appropriate? Probably not. Would it be more powerful to
use a script that related to something you and your client
related to? Probably.

Although the analogies are good and potentially powerful,


if they do not feel natural for you, you will not be confident
when reading them. And, more importantly, if they do not
feel natural for the client, another script choice would be
more appropriate.

So go through any script you intend to use. Make sure


there are no surprises. If someone hands you a script and
says, “Here. Use this when you have someone who wants
to lose weight,” make sure you go through the script ahead
of time.

Do not be afraid to alter a script. Scripts are not written in


stone. Make the script into something that flows freely from
your mouth.

One of the books I recommend at the end of this book,


The Handbook of Hypnotic Suggestions and Metaphors by
Hammond, contains many good scripts. However, they
were written by hypnotherapists with advanced
educational and medical degrees, and are therefore
extremely technical. Take the general idea of these scripts
and rewrite them. You have got to tailor things to your own
unique flavor. I cannot emphasize that enough.

The only rule for modifying scripts is this: Never insert


anything that could cause harm.

We do not harm people. We help people. Say good things.


Do not say frightening or harmful things. Do not excite your
client. Bore him. Everything is calm. Everything is
peaceful. Everything is beautiful. Everything is positive.

As long as you remember not to harm people, your script


will be fine.

If you do not have a script to modify, you will have to write


your own script. Let’s assume that your client wants to lose
weight and you do not have a script.

What should you do? Do you give up? No. You do not give
up. You take heart in the fact that everything you need is
already within you. You just need a little guidance.

So let’s take this step-by-step.

First of all, ask yourself what the goal is. Here, the goal is
for the client to lose weight.

Before writing the script, you need to find out what a


reasonable target is. Do not allow the client to expect to

lose 100 pounds in six weeks. If you are not sure what is
reasonable, consult a dietician or a physician. (Remember:
if your client is under the care of another healthcare
professional, make sure you are agreement with the
course of treatment.)

Find out how much weight the person can expect to lose,
and set a reasonable target within a reasonable time
frame.

Your due diligence should continue with a conversation


with the client. Before you write the script, find out what the
client is eating that is harmful. Ask the client: “What are the
foods you are eating, and when are you eating them?” And
then work this information into the script.

For example, perhaps the client says, “I am eating


Snickers bars at 11 p.m. right before I go to bed. I am
eating three of them a night. I cannot figure out why on
earth I am gaining weight. It is just not fair.”

The script is the place to alter the negative behavior that is


causing the problem. Your script will want to tell this client:
that he can and will change his behavior.

If the person is gaining weight, unable to talk to potential


romantic partners, or scared of flying, the script is the
place to insert suggestions for positive change. The script
is where the healing takes place.

If she is afraid of planes, she gets on that plane. She takes


that plane ride. She gets off that plane and nothing has
gone wrong. Have her imagine the whole thing. She is
safe the entire time. Nothing goes wrong. Be creative.
Say things like, “You can see the cockpit from where you
are sitting and everything looks fine. And you know that

your bags are stowed and you just feel great because
everything is taken care of. It is a smooth flight. You look
outside. And it is daytime and you see the sky and it is so
beautiful.”

If you are working on motivation, find out why the client is


not motivated. Is she unmotivated because she does not
think she will accomplish the desired results? If so, the
script should help the client to see herself as having
already accomplished the results. The client already has
achieved whatever it is that is causing her to procrastinate.

If the client is afraid of snakes, have him see a snake from


a distance. Tell him, “Everything is fine and now if you
want to you can walk closer. Only walk as close as you
feel comfortable with and no closer. And each time you
hear my voice, you can allow yourself to get closer but
understand that no harm will come to you.”
When writing a script, I am inviting you to use your
creativity. I am inviting you to reach inside and pull
something out of yourself something that will be helpful. I
am not going to tell you a way that is written in stone
because that would limit your creativity. Beyond the sky is
the limit. Go beyond. Just let it flow. Keep in mind your
plan, your idea, and your motive. Your motivation is to help
the person. You are trying to help the client.

Everything is positive. Everything is uplifting. We are not


dwelling on the negative. We focus on the positive.

Keep your eye on the mark and remember that you will
end up at whatever point on which you have focused.
Likewise, we want to keep the client’s focus on the positive
change from within. The client should imagine that the
change has happened. We want the client to think: “I am
already flying. I am not planning on it. I am getting on that

plane. I am not imagining it. I am flying. I am getting as
close to that snake as I feel comfortable. I am taking the
steps to get to that escalator and I am on it and everything
is fine.”

As discussed earlier, a person’s body does not know the


difference between imaging something and having it
actually happen. This means that the client has the
advantage of knowing rationally that the situation is not
occurring, but physically and emotionally the client feels he
has experienced the event.

Therefore, when it comes time for the client to go down the


escalator, his body will feel as though he has a positive
and successful experience under his belt.

Though they are the meat of the session, scripts should


not exceed 10 minutes when read slowly aloud.

The following chapters contain scripts which can be used


by you in working with yourself or working with clients. I
have divided them into chapters to make referencing them
easier. Keep in mind that the chapter titles are only
general guides and that some scripts could be used for
multiple purposes. You may also feel free to modify any of

12 Strand DNA Activation


And as you continue to relax deeper and deeper and more
deeply relaxed, you will allow your body, your mind, and
your soul to relax completely as you now prepare for 12
strand DNA activation, that’s right. And you realize that all
life follows a divine blueprint that we have labeled DNA.
Science has found the first two physical strands fo the
DNA blueprint; it has been found to be the double helix,
building block of all life. And you realize there are five
other double helix pairs in the DNA system. The six pairs
of strands are called 12 strand DNA. And in this system
the first pair are physical and the rest are not physical.
They are energy imprints, that’s right. And as you now
prepare to activate these six pairs, you are relaxed. You
are relaxed. And you are now activating the first pair. You
realize that this pair governs the creation of all of the parts
of our physical self. It controls our genetics, that’s right.
And it controls our aging process, our physiological
functions, that’s right. And you now activate the second
pair which governs our emotional body, that’s right, that’s
right. So relax now, relax now as we now activate the third
pair which governs our mental body. Relaxing as we
activate the twelve strands which occur is six pairs.
Activating now the fourth pair which governs our soul. You
are so very relaxed as you now prepare to activate the fifth
pair and you do activate the fifth pair which governs our
soul cluster and controls the motion and the timing of
certain souls within a soul cluster and allows them to seek
and find each other, that’s right. You now slowly activate
the sixth and final pair which governs all that has been
created. You realize that this aligns your twelve strand
DNA with the divine will. So relax now, relax now, relax
now.

Avoid being a Drama Magnet


And now you imagine yourself. You imagine looking at
yourself in a mirror and you begin to notice the positive
aspects about yourself. Things you had not noticed before.
That look you have, that determined look. Determined to
make your life a positive experience. No longer are you
attracted to drama in your life. Now you are determined to
accomplish all the goals which you decide are worthy.
Determined to be the best you can be. Now you notice
other things about yourself, other good, positive things
about yourself. Realizing what a wonderful, amazing and
fully realized person you are becoming. This gives you a
sense of calm, a sense of peace, a sense of satisfaction, a
sense of moving forward higher and higher. Accomplishing
more and more. Becoming more and more confident and
positive in your thinking. Perhaps you reevaluate certain
people in your life. Picture yourself with a friend who does
not bring out the best in you. Picture changing this
friendship. You are growing more and more as a person
day by day. You no longer have time for negative thoughts
or feelings. You are moving forward in life, reaching your
goals, striving higher and higher, becoming more and
more in tune with your true, positive self. You realize that
your true nature is your positive self. That part of you
which realizes it can accomplish anything it chooses.
Imagine that you have a shield. It’s an invisible shield that
you can use whenever you want. This shield protects you
from all negativity and drama in and around your life.
Picture yourself using this shield to bounce drama out of
your life. Instead of drama coming into your life, like it used
to, it cannot get through your shield. You remain positive at
all times. You lead a very peaceful and positive life. You
have changed. People describe you as patient, calm,
positive, and happy. Now, look at yourself. Look at the new
person you have become. Your life is very fulfilling. You

surround yourself with positive and fulfilling people and
activities. So continue looking at yourself and realizing
what an amazing person you are. You are absolutely
amazing. You are beautiful. You are amazing. You are
attractive. You create great relationships with people. You
are genuine and your relationships with people are
genuine too. People are interested in what you have to
say. People are very interested in what you have to say.
Your mind is at peace, at peace, calm, relaxed and so
comfortable, so relaxed, so relaxed. Your breathing is now
easy and gentle. You can feel yourself relaxing more and
more. Your mind is calm. And starting now you can begin
a new life, ready to live in a new way to enjoy every aspect
of everything around you, to be aware of all the beauty of
the earth, the beauty and the goodness of being alive. To
feel so aware that you are conscious and able to think and
feel and smell and taste and love and experience, to be
fully alive more and more everyday. As you feel this calm,
relaxed mind enjoying more and more starting now.
Starting now you will be able to flow with everything
around you so much better, bouncing off all drama, more
and more all the time, just flowing, experiencing, not hung
up, not bothered, just enjoying the calm, relaxed mind,
able to face life with its problems in a relaxed way, flowing
with the problems, doing your best to be able to move with
them and not be bothered. Now, I want you to picture your
life six months from now. Picture yourself now. You have
changed so much in the past six months. Your life is more
fulfilling and you have more genuine relationships with
friends and family. You now attract abundance. Your life is
fulfilling and peaceful at all times. You have accomplished
goals that you set out to achieve six months ago. You are
motivated and filled with abundance. You enjoy life and
that feels wonderful.

Astral Projection
Now as you continue to relax, just let your mind wonder.
You are so very relaxed as you lie there relaxed and
comfortable and now you become more and more aware
of the fact that you are a soul inside a body. You are so
very relaxed and just like a driver in a vehicle, you can
step out of your vehicle, which is your body. You are so
very relaxed and drifting now, beginning to feel your true
self. You are a soul within a body and now perhaps you
begin to feel a leg move or an arm, but this is your astral
body, your soul, and now you can begin to move your
astral leg or arm, just slightly and you can feel it move
independently of your physical self. And now you feel the
energy, the energy of your spirit as you slowly begin to
rise, slowly begin to rise and you are surrounded by a
protective white light which shields you from any harm.
You are totally protected as you slowly begin to rise, rise
from your physical body. You are so very relaxed, so at
ease. You are completely protected. You are surrounded
by pure white light and nothing can harm you, nothing can
disturb you as you slowly begin to rise and this process of
astral projection will become easier and easier for you, the
more you listen to this recording, the more easily you will
be able to separate your astral body from your physical
body and very soon you will be able to do this at will and
you will always be protected and you will always be
connected to your physical body. You’re so very relaxed,
so relaxed, so relaxed as you drift now and float out of
your physical body and once you are out, you can do
whatever you choose to do. You can go wherever you
choose to go and you will always have this ability
throughout your entire life. You are so very relaxed as you
float now and drift only thinking peaceful thoughts.
Protected and surrounded by a brilliant white light, so
relaxed. So totally relaxed as you use your powers now,

use the ability you have to move your astral body in any
direction you choose and now you can continue with your
journey or return to your body, but understand that you can
do this anytime you choose with or without this recording.

Aries
Alright aries, just continue to relax deeper, deeper, and
more deeply relaxed. I realize that you are a fire sign
andthat you can be aggressive and dominant and those
are wonderful qualities. You are ruled by Mars, the planet
of war. However, I realize that deep inside you are very
gentle and you are very calm, that’s right, gentle and calm.
I want you to realize that it’s okay to let people see your
gentle and calm side. It’s okay to show what you might
consider weakness. People want to know the real you.
They want ot know who you are. So from now on, perhaps
when you find yourself with a loved on, you can let your
guard down and let that person know who you really are
and what you’re really like. You are a wonderful, loving
person. At the same time, it’s okay to be aggressive when
you need to be. It’s okay to be a pioneer. It’s okay to be
passionate. It’s okay to give everything you have to a
project ot make it work. At the same time, I would like you
to realize that it is okay when people disagree with you.
They are entitled to their opinions. You realize that not
everyone is as quick as you are. Not everyone has the
pure logic that you have, the ability to see things for what
they are. You have a gift, a gift which allows you to figure
out what is really going on, to see the facts as they really
are. Some people lack this gift. And from now on I would
like you to be a little more lenient with these people. Try to
understand them rather than being judgmental. Just try to
understand that not everyone is like you. Many people are
weaker than you but understanding them and respecting
them as equals, equal to you, that insight will take you far
in life. I realize that you will fight when the cause is right
and that is a wonderful quality, however it is not always
necessary to fight. Sometimes you can get your point
across by using conversation, by calmly explaining to the
other person or other people what you feel. Explaining

calmly why you feel you are right. As a fire sign, you have
a lot of energy. Sometimes you have an excess of energy.
From now on I would like you to channel this excess
energy in a very appropriate way. If there are any habits
you have which you would like to get rid of, I encourage
you and invite you to get rid of those habits and replace
them with activities you like to do, perhaps jogging, biking,
writing, helping others. Whatever it is that you enjoy doing
anyway, perhaps you will consider replacing some of your
unwanted habits with those positive activities. Aries, you
are a pioneer. You like to be first. You are assertive and
independent. You tend to set high goals and that is
wonderful. Sometimes you set high goals for the people
around you, but remember people have limitations. You
have fewer limitations than most people. So I want you to
become more lenient on others, understanding their
limitations. I realize that when you give of yourself, you
give everything and that is wonderful, but I would like you
to begin reserving some energy for yourself, that’s right.
Keep a part of what you would normally give, for yourself.
Fortify yourself, build yourself up. Make sure there is
always enough for you Aries. I realize how fiery you can be
in a relationship. In the past this has perhaps been
perceived as aggressiveness. From now on, perhaps you
can balance this with that calmness you have inside, that’s
right. You will find that you will attract more people by
being less aggressive and more calm in a relationship,
that’s right. I understand that you want respect and that is
wonderful. Understand that you must both give and
receive respect. I understand that you want other people to
be assertive. Realize that other people are the way they
want to be and you need to become more comfortable with
respecting who they are, that’s right. Respect people for
who they are already without having to change them. I
understand that you need affection. Perhaps more than
certain other signs. From now on I would like you to realize
that you can give yourself the affection and the attention

you deserve by treating yourself right, by respecting


yourself. And this allows you to rely less on the affection
from others and to be more self sufficient and to be more
powerful, that way when you are in a loving relationship
you will require less of the other person because you are
giving yourself more. Aries you are a winner and you know
it. You are a winner. You will succeed. So from now on I
want you to realize that. Let go of any negative attitudes
you have had in the past. Realize that everything is going
to be just fine. Because everyday you are improving more
and more and realizing just how powerful you are. So relax
now and realize that everything is going to be just fine.

Appreciating the Here and Now


And as you continue to relax you imagine a world where
only the present exists. This place can be where ever you
would like. It can be in your home or outside; it can where
ever you want it to be. Go ahead and create this very
special place. This place is filled with things that you enjoy.
These things make you happy. In this special place, there
is no past or future to ponder over. You focus all of your
attention and energy to the present. If there are things
going on around you in your special place, you take notice.
You appreciate these things. These things enrich your life
more than you can imagine. You are no longer constantly
thinking toward your future. You enjoy your life right now.
You live for the moment. You do not dwell on past
successes or failures. None of that matters in your special
place. Look at all the wonderful things going on around
you. You are motivated by the things that go on around
you. They fill your life with joy and a sense of calm. Now
picture your normal day to day life. Go ahead and transfer
all the appreciation you have while you are in your special
place and apply it toward your life. You now live a new life
that is richer and more fulfilling. You take time out of your
day to notice the little things. You find yourself smiling
more at things that you never used to smile at, that’s right.
Your entire attitude has changed. You are more positive.
You realize that life can only truly be enjoyed in the
present. Picture your normal daily routine. Perhaps you
are at work or in your home. You are interacting with
people and enjoying it. You take pleasure out of the
different conversations you have with people. Common
routine tasks that you perform everyday are no longer
mundane for you. You appreciate your ability to get things
done and you enjoy being productive. You enjoy the
relationships that you have with family and friends. You
realize how much they mean to you and how they play an
important role in your life. You lead a very fulfilling life.

Now picture your life one year from now. Picture yourself
in your home. Look at the smile on your face, you are very
happy and satisfied with your life. You no longer look at
your past with either positive or negative thoughts and you
no longer dwell on your future. You live for the moment
everyday. And day by day you find that more and more
you notice the little things. Each little thing that you notice
makes you smile and fulfills your mind, body, and soul.
You appreciate the relationships you have around you.
You have meaningful relationships with family, friends,
coworkers, and acquaintances. But most importantly you
have a fulfilling relationship with yourself. You are no
longer negative. Instead, you focus on the positive, vastly
changing your life for the better. You realize that you are
worthy of all the successes that come your way. You
appreciate the good that comes out of your life. And you
see all the good that you create. You are a caring and

And as you continue to relax, you realize now just how
powerful you are. You are a very powerful person and
because you are powerful, you realize you will use your

You allow yourself to maintain a normal body weight for
your age and height. You are relaxed at all times, so
relaxed and at ease. So relaxed and at ease and you let
go of any concern that you may have. Just feel concern
drifting away from you. That’s right, any concern you have
about your weight, just feel that drifting away. Feel that
drifting away. You realize that you are becoming more and
more comfortable with the idea of gaining weight. Allowing
yourself to gain weight until you are a normal body weight
for your age and height. You feel so relaxed and you
always realize just how beautiful you look. You are a very
beautiful person and day by day you are feeling better and
better about yourself, becoming more relaxed and even
more of a social person, that’s right. Relaxing and enjoying
being around others. You are so very relaxed and you
embrace change. You look forward to changing. You are
so very relaxed and you look forward to new and exciting
situations and you feel very comfortable with the idea of
growing up and assuming adult responsibilities and an
adult lifestyle eventually. You are so very relaxed, so very,
very relaxed. And you realize that the challenges that
come to you in each stage of your life are very exciting and
you realize that you are fully equipped to handle those

Anger

Your mind is calm more; your body is relaxed as you drift

you ponder certain thoughts. You ponder the idea that


when you harbor anger, you increase your stress. You
choose no longer to live this way. You choose not to keep
your anger inside. You choose to release it in a very
productive and healthy and non-harmful, non-threatening
way. When you find yourself becoming frustrated with
someone, you find that you speak with them, addressing
the problem directly, calmly, and appropriately. At first this
may seem a little different to you, different than the way
you had been doing things, but soon, much sooner than
you ever imagined possible, you will become very, very
good at this, very good at releasing stress at the point at
which it comes to you. When someone bothers you, you
tell them about it in a very calm way. You release that
anger. You release that stress. You find yourself becoming
more and more clam. You engage in calming activities.
Perhaps if you choose, you begin to meditate, regularly.
Perhaps if you choose, you begin to exercise, regularly,
doing things which release anger, which release stress
before it becomes anger. You find yourself living in
harmony with your conscience. Your conscience directs
your moral activity. You find that you do not violate your
conscience. Therefore, you do not create stress for
yourself; you live in tune with your conscience. Your
subconscious mind lives in tune with your conscience.
Your conscious mind also lives in tune with your
conscience, that moral part of you which makes you who
you are. You do those things which you consider to be
right. You do not violate others rights. And when you feel
your rights are violated, you address that situation; you talk
to that person who did that in a very calm way, releasing
the stress. Whenever you have a stressful moment, you
release that stress in a very positive, productive way. And
your mind is being directed to come up with positive ways
to release that stress, it may be jogging, it may be yoga, it
may be meditation, may be any number of things. Your

mind is being given a direct command to come up with
ways to release stress before it becomes anger, to release
stress in a very positive, productive, and helpful way.

Alzheimer’s Disease
And as you continue relaxing deeper, deeper, and more
deeply relaxed, you realize that you are in charge of your
life. You realize that you have the ability to prevent
Alzheimer’s disease. It is within your control to prevent this
disease and you are dedicated to doing so because by
taking the steps to prevent this disease you also enhance
your life and you therefore prevent many diseases. In the
first week of a thirty day plan, I would like you to visit with
your doctor just get a baseline physical. If you smoke, you
should stop smoking either by yourself or with the use of
hypnosis or with the use of another qualified plan.
Additionally, in that first week, you should go to a health
food store and get essential vitamins and minerals, some
of which may be lacking from your diet. Talk to the
professionals there and find out what you need. You are
taking an interest and becoming educated about nutrients
which your body needs. In the second week, of your thirty
day plan, you begin to shop for produce which is organic
and have a wonderfully planned, wonderfully stocked
kitchen. You plan your menu with healthy foods. You enjoy
vegetables, fresh herbs, that’s right, lean cuts of poultry
and meat if you eat poultry and meat. And you investigate
ways to use salt-free spices. You are interested in whole
wheat, grains which contain whole wheat are good for you.
You avoid labels such as enriched or bleached, you avoid
these, they are not beneficial to you body. You drink plenty
of water. In week three I would like you to dedicate
yourself to a powerful exercise plan. Just to start out with
something you can do. Of course, always consult with your
physician first, but begin an exercise plan which you can
maintain. Slowly you build up your exercise, the amount of
exercise you do, perhaps adding types of exercises to your
plan until it levels off to something you can do for thirty
minutes 3-5 times a week for the rest of your life. This

begins in week three, still maintaining the practices which
you began in week one and week two and now
maintaining the practices you are beginning in week three
with exercise starting slowly, consulting your physician
first, and building until you have a solid exercise program,
that’s right. On week four, I would like you to begin to
assemble everything I have said. Make it all work for you,
that’s right. You have already put several things into place,
good quality diet, exercise, believing in yourself, getting
yourself healthy, that’s right. Now take a moment to
evaluate everything in this week, week four, putting
everything together making it makes sense for you. If there
are certain foods you are eating which you don’t enjoy,
reevaluate what you are eating. Investigate foods that are
healthy for you. Perhaps you will want to consult with a
nutritionist. Foods which are good for your body are going
to allow you to fight off many diseases, including
Alzheimer’s. Those foods are going to form a basis for
your body to be healthy and strong and fit and capable.
Capable of doing those things you want to do. Also, in
week four reevaluate your exercise plan. Make sure it
works for you. By listening to this recording for twenty one
nights in a row, three weeks, you will be well programmed
for all four weeks of the new you. And once you have gone
through the four weeks of the new you and once you have
gone through four weeks of the new you, you will maintain
those new habits because you enjoy those new habits,
that’s right. Finding ways to make those new habits of
exercise and nutrition and positive thinking and healthy
living work within the structure of your life. So

Allergy Relief
And as you continue relaxing deeper, deeper, and more
deeply relaxed, I would like you to imagine your body as a
container, a glass container. Imagine it to be a bottle.
Imagine it standing upright so that the opening is at the
top. And I would like you to imagine now filling that
container that is your body with a very relaxing, clear
liquid. So as it pours in through the top of your head, it
begins filling your body from the feet up. The very relaxing,
clear liquid and imagine as it reaches your knees now
continues moving upward that this relaxing clear liquid is
absorbing all the negativity in your body. It now reaches
your thighs, continuing moving upward. All of the negativity
in your body is being absorbed by this liquid as it now
reaches your abdominal area and continues moving
upward. This liquid is taking away your body’s desire to
have allergic reactions because it is cleansing and healing
and soothing your body. It is now at the level of your chest,
filling your body. You are still able to breathe normally,
easily, and naturally because you are just imagining this
happening. You are safe and relaxed. It is now at the level
of your neck, continuing to move up now, that’s right. It’s
now at the top of your head. You are relaxed as now the
bottom of the bottle opens and the liquid pours out
because it has absorbed all the negativity in your body. All
of your body’s reasons for having allergic reactions have
been absorbed by this liquid. It has turned a slightly dingy
color, that’s right. And now takes with it all the negativity,
all of the reasons your body formerly had for reacting,
that’s right. So you can imagine that the allergies you
formerly had are being drained out through the bottom of
the bottle, that’s right. And every time you listen to this
recording and do this technique, your body will become
healthier and healthier. Your body will let go of its desire to
have allergic reactions because very soon indeed nothing

will cause an allergic reaction for you because your body is
becoming more powerful so imagine the bottle which is
your body filling up again, filling up again with a green
liquid from the bottom up. So the hole at the bottom is now
closed and the bottle which is your body is filling up with a
green liquid, a soothing, relaxing liquid. And this allow you
to have the power you need to let go of allergies. This fluid
is very helpful to your body and is absorbed by your body.
These are the nutrients your body needs to withstand
allergic reactions to let go of the need for allergic
reactions, to be strong against anything which was
formerly an allergen. See yourself being nourished by the
liquid as the liquid fills your body. Every cell empowering
your body. The cells become more alive now, more
powerful, more resistant to allergens and the liquid has
completely filled the bottle which is your body. Now, as the
drain opens at the bottom, a little bit drains out but most of
it remains because your body wants and needs these
nutrients. This is simply a symbolic representation of your
body becoming more powerful. A symbolic representation
of your body healing itself, strengthening its own cells,
reminding them how resistant they are allergens, allowing
you to let go of allergic reactions forever. You are so very
relaxed now as you see yourself going through your daily
life free of allergic reactions. Very soon indeed, very soon
indeed as you continue listening to this recording, you will
be free of allergic reactions because your cells would have
strengthened themselves. So relax and realize that
everything is going to be just fine.

And as you continue to relaxing deeper and deeper and

slowed down how much close attention you can pay to
details, that’s right, how much close attention you are
paying now to the sound of my voice. You are able to pay
attention to my voice, that’s right. You are able to do this
easily and effortlessly. Day by day, your ability to pay
careful attention to things increases and you allow this to
happen, naturally. In fact, you look for opportunities to pay
attention. Perhaps in school, perhaps with your friends,
perhaps while reading, you look for opportunities in your
life to pay attention and you enjoy doing this. You enjoy
gradually increasing the time during which you can pay
attention to something. You will also notice that you begin
to listen when you are spoken to directly. You listen to
what the speaker is telling you and you are able to follow
these instructions carefully and completely, remembering
all the important things they have told you. Day by day,
you feel more and more calm inside. Your body is calm
and relaxed, calm and relaxed. Perhaps you find yourself
talking less and listening more, that’s right. And when you
listen to a question, you listen to the entire question before
answering, that’s right. You do this easily and effortlessly
and in a social situation you always wait for your turn
because you are relaxed, relaxed at all times. You’re able
to maintain the attention you pay to any task you focus on.
You’re able to wait for gratification, that’s right. You are
able to delay gratification and it feels so good to have the
power to do this, to be relaxed and to wait for what you

you’re finding that day by day, you are becoming more

organized and you look for ways in your life that you can

Achieve Your Resolutions Script


And as you continue relaxing more and more, I want you
to think about the resolutions you have set for yourself. It
can be anything. Imagine a perfect scenario for
accomplishing this goal. You wake up every day ready to
work and move forward toward your objective. It’s easy to
get out of bed and start your day because you know how
great you will feel. You will feel great all day long knowing
that at the end of the day you will be another step closer to
achieving your resolutions. As you work, everything just
falls into place, everything works out perfectly. You are not
tempted to revert back to old habits, there is nothing that
you can’t overcome. No task seems unreachable to you.
Everything is within your grasp. Nothing is out of reach for
you. You reach for something and you hold on with a firm
grasp and you constantly reach higher and higher. You
have resolved all past issues. You do not look back on
past imperfections, they no longer hold you back, you have
overcome a major obstacle in your life. You feel confident
and strong, you know you are putting all of your skills and
talents toward good use. You have made major changes in
your life by making your resolutions. You overcome one
challenge after another, which only gives you more
energy. You now lead a more fulfilling and more abundant
life. You have replaced old habits with new ones, new
positive ones. You are able to achieve your resolutions.

top and the view is magnificent. Every obstacle you

And now you see yourself as a small plant, that’s right.
Imagine yourself as a small plant. A plant which has the
appropriate amount of nutrients and water and fertilizer to
grow, grow, grow into a larger plant now. And as you see
yourself grow, notice your leaves are very bright green and
they face upward toward the sun, absorbing the suns
energy taking that energy in, using that energy to grow and
become much larger now. And the soil feeds the roots of
this small tree now. as you continue to grow and reach
higher and higher, you are expanding your possibilities.
You absorb the sunlight. You absorb the warm beautiful
sunlight and now you become stronger and stronger,
bigger and bigger, spiritually developing, that’s right.
Reaching forward higher and higher, becoming more and
more abundant and you are now imagining yourself as a
tree. And you see that you are able to give back to the
environment. You are able to provide shade, shade for the
creatures around you, protection. You are so relaxed as
you continue to grow, to expand higher and higher,
becoming a very beautiful tree, that’s right. So very, very
beautiful and this is a very special tree because it
produces beautiful flowers. Much like the lotus flower,
beautiful flowers for all to enjoy. You are abundance. You
attract wealth to you. You attract happiness to you. You
allow these energies to flow through you and you give
back wealth in the form of your talent and the form of your
abilities, that’s right. You are now part of the cycle of giving
and taking. Wealth and happiness flow through you. You
are able to easily attract money because money flows
through you. You give a portion of that money back to the
universe and continue the cycle and continue to grow and
continue to reach higher and higher. You are so very
abundant now as you imagine yourself as a very tall, very
powerful tree with extensive roots. You are very strong,

12 Strand DNA Activation


And as you continue to relax deeper and deeper and more
deeply relaxed, you will allow your body, your mind, and
your soul to relax completely as you now prepare for 12
strand DNA activation, that’s right. And you realize that all
life follows a divine blueprint that we have labeled DNA.
Science has found the first two physical strands fo the
DNA blueprint; it has been found to be the double helix,
building block of all life. And you realize there are five
other double helix pairs in the DNA system. The six pairs
of strands are called 12 strand DNA. And in this system
the first pair are physical and the rest are not physical.
They are energy imprints, that’s right. And as you now
prepare to activate these six pairs, you are relaxed. You
are relaxed. And you are now activating the first pair. You
realize that this pair governs the creation of all of the parts
of our physical self. It controls our genetics, that’s right.
And it controls our aging process, our physiological
functions, that’s right. And you now activate the second
pair which governs our emotional body, that’s right, that’s
right. So relax now, relax now as we now activate the third
pair which governs our mental body. Relaxing as we
activate the twelve strands which occur is six pairs.
Activating now the fourth pair which governs our soul. You
are so very relaxed as you now prepare to activate the fifth
pair and you do activate the fifth pair which governs our
soul cluster and controls the motion and the timing of
certain souls within a soul cluster and allows them to seek
and find each other, that’s right. You now slowly activate
the sixth and final pair which governs all that has been
created. You realize that this aligns your twelve strand
DNA with the divine will. So relax now, relax now, relax

And as you continue to relax deeper, deeper and more
deeply relaxed, you realize just how relaxed you are in
every situation. You are relaxed in every situation because
you have taken the time to learn how to relax yourself. Day
by day you are learning more and more about how to relax
yourself in every situation. Perhaps you are developing an
interest in meditation. Perhaps you are developing an
interest in yoga. Whatever it is for you, that relaxes you,
you pursue because you always pursue activities which
relax you and give you the tools to relax in every situation.
Breathe in deeply now and as you inhale, breathe in
strength and exhale slowly now and let go of stress.
Breathe in again deeply now, inhale determination to relax
and as you exhale slowly let go of any doubt, just let it go.
Continue to breathe easily, effortlessly, and comfortably
now. And you have decided to follow a healthy eating
pattern. You are more motivated than ever before to
educate yourself about proper eating. Eating foods which
are appropriate for your body. Eating foods which actually
allow your body to properly regulate its blood pressure
naturally. And you are very encouraged by the results you
get because when you start eating appropriately, your
body is better able to regulate its own blood pressure. This
is very encouraging to you and causes you to want to learn
more about proper nutrition. So relaxed, so at east at all
times and learning to eat healthy foods. And you reduce
salt and sodium in your diet. You realize that the key to
healthy eating is choosing those foods which are lower in
salt and sodium. So you look for those foods that are low
in salt and sodium. You are so relaxed in every situation.
You are interested in learning ways to relax even more.
You are interested in educating yourself about proper
eating patterns and eating foods which are appropriate for
you. And you are very motivated to reduce the salt and
sodium in your diet. So relaxed at all times. Also, you are

interested in maintaining a healthy weight and this also


lowers your risk of low blood pressure so you allow your
body to lose the amount of weight it no longer wants or
needs. You are so encouraged by the possibility of being

ideal weight. And this has so many wonderful benefits, you
will look better, you will feel better, you will live a more
healthy life. So you are encouraged by yourself to maintain
a healthy weight once you reach that weight. To allow
yourself to lose the amount of weight you no longer want
or need and you do this by being physically active and
educating yourself about proper food choices and using
that knowledge about proper food choices. You enjoy
being physically active. You do activities which you enjoy.
This is a very important step which you can take to control
your blood pressure and it has so many other wonderful
benefits as well, helping you look and feel better. Helping
your entire body and this relaxes you because you realize
that taking time for physical activity you are benefiting
yourself and your loved ones because you will be able to
be with them longer and in a more healthy way. So
becoming physically active and maintaining that physical
activity is priority for you. Also, you limit your alcohol
intake. You realize by limiting your alcohol intake you are
able to benefit in many areas, all parts of your body benefit
when you limit your alcohol intake, you limit your alcohol
intake. No more than two drinks a day; you limit your
alcohol intake and so many parts of your body, your liver,
your brain, your heart and many parts of your body benefit
from this just as they benefit from you new and
empowering choices like exercise and eating appropriately
and by doing this you also take in few calories that allows
you to lose extra weight, easily and if you are a smoker
you become very interested in stopping smoking. You
realize that this is a major factor in lowering blood
pressure. Giving up smoking, leaving it behind, so you

become very interested in stopping smoking and you
realize that the gains from this are tremendous. Once you
have left this habit behind you will feel so empowered, so
good about yourself. You will start to look and feel better.
Once you gain control over this, you’ll have more control

habit and let it go, get rid of it, we feel empowered and
able to control many aspects of our lives. So you become
very interested in stopping smoking, permanently. And you
are becoming more calm in every situation in your life. If
you should have a challenge in your life, which we all do,
you deal with it immediately. You no longer let things build.
When you have a challenge, you deal with it immediately.
This allows you the freedom of having those challenges
and dealing with them and then letting them go and
moving on and moving forward. As challenges come up,
as they often will, you handle them appropriately. If you
need to say something to someone, you say it clearly,
plainly, directly, immediately. You are becoming honest
with yourself, honest with your feelings, honest with your
feelings toward others. This not only allows you to lower
your blood pressure, but it allows you to live a life of
honesty and integrity. So using all these new skills and all
these new resources will help you lower your blood
pressure and live a longer, healthier, more exciting, more

And as you relax deeper, deeper and more deeply relaxed,
I would like you to imagine a lake and you are sitting on
the shore of that lake. Notice how calm it is. This lake
represents your mind and your emotions. Your mind is
calm. Your emotions are calm. You are calm inside, calm
inside. Just like that calm lake. Since this is a lake, there
will be times when the water level is low, but this lasts only
a short period of time because when the water level is low
in this lake, the rains quickly come to replenish that water
just like in your mind when you feel a little down your
subconscious automatically helps you feel better naturally.
And sometimes there is stormy weather on the lake and
there are waves. When this happens a calming breeze
comes by to blow that storm away gently, safely, and
easily just like your mind and your emotion if at any time
you feel overly excited, your subconscious mind will allow
you to relax, relax, bringing your mind which is
represented by that lake into a calm, functional state, a
state in which you can relax and be comfortable, focused
and very pleased with yourself, pleased that you have the
power and control to regulate your emotional state. To be
calm at all times and to enjoy this calmness because you
prefer to be a relaxed, productive and motivated person in
a very calm way, in a very relaxed way yet you are happy.
You are pleased with yourself and your accomplishments
and you always view the future as being full of opportunity
and potential. And you look at life as a wonderful
adventure. So relax, relax now and realize that everything

Better Test Taking


And you are so very relaxed and focused now, relaxed and
focused. Just like you are when you study. Just like you
are when you take tests. And relax now, imagine yourself
studying, preparing for a test, that’s right. Imagine yourself
studying, that’s right. And see how focused you are. The
information goes into your mind easily and effortlessly, it
just flows into your mind easily, that’s right. You are so
relaxed now and at ease, so relaxed and at ease.
Realizing just how easy it is for you to study and focus
while you study. So relaxed and at ease as now you
imagine yourself taking a test, any test you choose.
Perhaps you have a test coming up or perhaps you just
want to imagine yourself taking a test in general and see
how easily the information comes back to you now. It’s
almost as if you are able to read the information from your
mind as if you are reading a book and you are able to get
the information onto the test, that’s right. Whatever kind of
test it is, you are able to produce the information from your
mind. Your memory is excellent. Your ability to focus is

Better Memory
As you drift along deeper and deeper, relaxed,
concentrating. Your mind relaxes more and more. You are
concentrating on my voice. You are receptive to my
suggestions about your memory and your ability to recall.
The art of memory is the art of attention and retention. You
must pay attention to anything in order to remember it.
People who do not pay attention, do not remember. To
remember something, you must pay attention. For
instance, you think of the name, you look at the person,
you associate them, you want ot know the persons name,
you really want to remember. This is the process that you
use to remember anything. You concentrate your mind.
You think. You look. You listen. You associate. You
remember and you do all of this easily and effortlessly. In
being able to recall something, you have to have stored
the information properly. You have to put the facts in your
memory bank before you can recall them. You have an
excellent memory. You are going to use it. You are going
to pay attention. You must pay attention, close attention,
that way you store the facts properly in your memory bank
and they are ready for you when you want or need them.
From this moment on, everyday you utilize your good
memory. You use your good memory everyday. You
always pay attention. You pay attention to exactly what is
going on around you, to exactly what is being said to
exactly what you hear, to exactly what you see so that
when you need to go into your memory bank, to make a
withdrawal you have already deposited something to
withdraw. The facts are properly stored and they are ready
for you and they are ready for you whenever you want or
need them. Your memory bank is just like any other bank.
When you go to a bank to withdraw some money, you’re
able to do this easily and effortlessly. You fill out a
withdrawal slip or write a check and have it cashed. You

do the same thing with your memory bank. It is not
necessary to force your memory bank to give you the
information. You simply concentrate your mind, request
the information, relax, and let it drift up to your conscious
awareness. You have a good memory. You have an
excellent memory. This is true for you. You have an
excellent memory. You have an excellent memory. You
have an excellent memory and your memory is improving
day by day.

Better Grades
As you study material, whether it is reading or listening to
a lecture, your unconscious mind will help concentrate.
You will have very selective attention. It is as though a light
is focused everywhere and then it begins to constrict and
the peripheral areas grow dim as the center of that light
increases in intensity and you can see and hear very
clearly what it is within that very narrow band of
concentration and since you are perceiving this information
with great intensity, your unconscious mind will be able to
store and keep it until you need it. It is important that your
unconscious mind understands and knows where to store
it, not just anywhere, but to put it in a convenient place so
that you will have access to it anytime you choose and so
that you know where it is. You know how to retrieve it
when you need to, for whatever purpose there is, whether
it is an oral examination or a written examination or you
whether you simply need to recite it orally. Understand that
your powers of focused study are increasing day by day.
Everyday you get better and better at focused study. The
time you spend studying is very powerful and you are able
to absorb information easily and effortlessly because when
you study, you are very, very focused.

Beautiful Skin
And as you continue to relax there, I want you to imagine
that there is a large, powerful ball of white light directly
above your body. That large powerful ball of white light is
now channeling down into you through your solar plexus,
through the center of your chest, that’s right. This is a
pure, healing, cleansing light and you are allowing it now
to fill your body as water would fill a bottle, that’s right.
Filling your body inside and out, that’s right. Filling your
body, surrounding your body with white powerful cleansing
pure light. And this light absorbs any impurities; any
impurities whatsoever are absorbed by this cleansing light.
And now the light is leaving back out through your solar
plexus, back out through the center of your chest, taking
with it all the impurities from inside and out, that’s right,
cleansing your body. Leaving your body clean. Leaving
your body, your soul, your mind, your skin clean, that’s
right. Taking away the stress, the anxiety, the impurities,
relaxing you, cleansing you, freeing you, that’s right. So
very relaxed, drifting now deeper and deeper, relaxing
more and more. You find that every time you listen to
these words and go through that cleansing process your
body, your mind, your spirit, your skin becomes clearer,
cleaner, more pure, more like you would want it to be,
that’s right, more like you would want it to be, clearer,
clean, pure, that’s right. And now since the cleansing light
is still above you, you direct its cleansing healing rays
down to any particular part of your body you choose, that’s
right and each part of your body it touches it cleanses
even more, that’s right. It cleans the skin. It smoothes the
skin. Any wrinkles you may have you find them smoothing
out day by day and each time you go through this process,
each time you listen to this recording those wrinkles
smooth out more and more. Any blemishes you may have,
any acne you may have, anything whatsoever you may
have on your skin, you find that it is being cleansed and

purified. And those situations are resolving themselves,


that’s right. Any acne or blemishes you are find that day by
day they just disappear. As you now gravitate in your daily
life toward healthy things, healthy foods, fruits and
vegetables which are very healthy, fruits and vegetables
which are very healthy and helpful to your body and skin,
that’s right. You find yourself drinking plenty of water
because water relaxes, refreshes, and purifies you and
cleanses your skin from the inside out, that’s right. And just
as you bathe regularly and cleanse your skin, you cleanse
it from the inside out as well. You cleanse it with cool,
refreshing, purified water. You feel the pores being
cleaned from the inside out. You find that those things in
your life which used to be stressful are no longer stressful
because you are so relaxed. You are so relaxed, those
things which previously contributed to being damaged,
those things are not a part of your life anymore. Those
stressful thoughts, those angry situations, they are not a
part of your life anymore. Your skin reflects your new true
inner beauty. You are becoming more and more pure,
that’s right. More and more pure from the inside out and
you find that you take proper care of your skin. When you
go out into the sun, you take proper precautions. You
protect and honor your skin and your skin reflects how
wonderful you are about taking care of yourself. Your
bright, radiant, beautiful, wonderful skin reflects how good
you are at taking care of yourself now and for the rest of
your life and that feels wonderful.

Be a Better Listener
And as you continue to relax deeper and deeper and more
deeply relaxed, you realize that you are very tuned into my
voice because when people speak you are always tuned in
because you are an excellent listener. You are an amazing
and wonderful and powerful person and you show respect
for yourself. When you show respect for others, when you
listen to what they have to say, you show respect for
yourself because you want to hear what they have to say
because you realize that this may add to your total
knowledge, making you a much more knowledgeable
person. So you pay attention when others speak. You pay
careful attention and you are able to retain the information
they give you. You are able to remember what they say.
You are an excellent listener. You are an excellent listener.
You are an excellent listener. I’d like you now to imagine
yourself in a situation where you are listening to someone,
that’s right. Notice that you pay careful attention to what
they say. And then you speak, they listen to you and then
you speak more and they continue listening. And now it is
time for you to listen and you eagerly await the opportunity
to listen and they speak and you listen attentively. You
understand what they say and if you need to ask any
questions, you do so because you are an excellent
communicator and notice that they are happy that you are
listening and you are also remembering what they are
saying so that you will be able to recall it later easily and
effortlessly because very soon indeed the art of listening
will be natural for you. Natural and easy, you are a natural,
easy listener. So relax now and realize just how powerful
you are.

Bad Breath
And as you relax deeper, deeper and more deeply relaxed,
you realize that your subconscious mind holds the power
to control every part of your body’s functions. Your
subconscious mind controls your heart rate, it controls
your breathing, it controls the circulation of your blood, the
nourishment of the cells of your body. It controls
everything so that consciously we don’t’ have to think
about any of these things. Your subconscious mind runs
the engine which is your body. And because it runs
everything it is also in charge of your breath. Now, you
have decided maintain proper hygiene by brushing your
teeth regularly, using mouth wash if and when you need it,
flossing, going to the dentist regularly and following your
dentist’s recommendations. Additionally, your
subconscious mind is now being given a direct command
to control the bacteria in your mouth. Your subconscious
mind is now being given a direct command to rid your
mouth of any bacteria which may have formerly caused
bad breath. There is no need to worry about how your
subconscious mind will handle this situation. Your
subconscious mind handles situations all the time. For
example your subconscious mind fights disease without
you even knowing about it. There is no need to think about
how these things are done, just realize that your powerful
subconscious mind can do anything you direct it to do. And
if it can handle disease and rid your body of it and keep
you free of it, which it does, it can handle this easy
situation of ridding your mouth of unwanted bacteria which
cause bad breath. Perhaps your subconscious mind will
direct more saliva in your mouth to cleanse your mouth.
Perhaps your subconscious mind will instruct you to brush
your teeth more regularly. Perhaps your subconscious
mind will send in the appropriate defenders to personally
rid your mouth of these bacteria. Whatever your

subconscious mind chooses to do, understand it will be the
appropriate move to make. Your subconscious mind works
toward your advantage, helping you, working with you so
that you can be successful in all areas of your life. Now,
feel your mouth actually being cleansed of these unwanted
bacteria, that’s right. Your subconscious mind is that
powerful, that even as I speak these words your
subconscious mind is able to send the appropriate
defenders to your mouth to rid your mouth of the unwanted
bacteria, to cleanse your mouth. Very soon indeed your
breath will smell wonderful. You choose to eat foods which
allow you to have good smelling breath. You look forward
to eating these foods. You avoid any foods that are known
to cause bad breath, you avoid those foods. Again, as I’ve
mentioned you use proper hygiene. You visit your dentist
regularly and you do what your dentist tells you to do. You
brush, floss, you even brush your tongue, you even brush
the back of your tongue. You are careful not to go too far,
but you brush your tongue thoroughly and regularly. And
you use mouth wash as needed. By having this holistic
approach to clean smelling breath you will achieve your
goal of having clean smelling breath. Your breath will smell
good, pleasing to you and to others. Congratulations on
this powerful decision to do those things you can do in
your waking life to aide your breath smelling clean and
congratulations on taking control of your subconscious
mind directing it to send the appropriate defenders to your
rescue, to destroy the unwanted bacteria which causes
bad breath in your mouth, to rid you of these unwanted
bacteria. Congratulations on your powerful decision to
change your life.

Avoid Teeth Clenching


And you find that day by day you are becoming more and
more relaxed. Just as you are relaxed right now. You will
become more and more relaxed in your daily life. Day by
day, relaxing more and more. And you will find that you
deal with situations as they arise. If there is a problem, you
handle it in that moment. You handle it in a very
productive, polite, yet assertive way. You do not carry any
stress in the muscles surrounding your mouth. You are
kind to yourself. You are kind to yourself and you no longer
have time for negative thoughts or feelings. You fill your
mind with productive goals and if you should find yourself
clenching your teeth or tightening the muscles in and
around your jaw, you will keep your mouth slightly open,
wide enough to place your tongue between your back
teeth. This will help your muscles become loose, loose,
loose. This will stop your muscles from tightening. The
longer your tongue stays between your teeth, the more
your muscles will become loose, limp like wet cotton and
you will find them very soon indeed. Now, I want you to
picture yourself doing whatever it is that you do when you
find yourself clenching your teeth. Perhaps you clench
your teeth when you are sleeping or maybe you clench
your teeth while stressed out at work or at home, or
perhaps you clench your teeth when you are participating
in sport. Whenever you most notice yourself clenching
your teeth, picture yourself there right now. Imagine the
thoughts that are going through your mind. Maybe you are
stressed, maybe you are dreaming, or maybe you are
trying to get out some aggression. Really feel this emotion
right now. How do you feel? What are you feeling? Stress,
aggression, tightness? Okay, good. Now, whenever you
feel this way, I want you to immediately think about
relaxing the muscles in your shoulders, the muscles in
your neck, the muscles in and around your jaw, and the

muscles in your face and head, that’s right. Go ahead and
relax all of those muscles. Feel as if a huge weight has
been lifted off your shoulders. Feel your jaw as it slowly
lowers. Feel the space increase between your upper and
lower jaw, that’s right. Feel all tension just disappear from
this area. You fell so loose and stress free. Your neck is
not tight; you are completely loose. Your mouth is slightly
open and your jaw hangs loosely. From now on you will
become aware when your jaw clenches together. As soon
as you feel the pressure, you will quickly open your mouth,
relax your jaw, and feel all tension disappear. You realize
how important it is to stop clenching your teeth. Teeth
clenching puts a lot of pressure on your jaw and can cause
TMJ and nerve pain. You don’t want that. You want to be
relaxed. That’s right, let your jaw hang down. Relax your
jaw, your mouth, and your lips. Imagine that you have
cotton in your mouth, separating your upper and lower jaw.
This cotton is light and fluffy and even when you press
your teeth together, there is no tension at all. Your
shoulders, neck, jaw and face are completely tension free.
You feel so good, so relaxed, that’s right. Now look into
your future. Picture yourself six months from now. You
have completely gotten rid of your habit of teeth clenching.
Feel how good it feels to get rid of that bad habit. You feel
as if a weight has been lifted off your shoulders. All the
pressure that your jaw used to bare down on your teeth,
no longer exists, that’s right. Your lower jaw just hangs
loosely below your upper jaw. All the muscles in your
mouth and surrounding your mouth are so loose and so
relaxed. You no longer clench your teeth because you are
becoming more and more relaxed and teeth clenching is a
thing of the past. You are so proud of yourself. You have
made a major change in your life. You feel so much more
at ease now in your day to day activities. So just relax now
and drift and enjoy this peaceful state you are in.

Avoid Deep Vein Thrombosis


And as you continue relaxing deeper and deeper and more
deeply relaxed, I would like you to imagine your body to be
a glass cylinder. Imagine yourself standing upright. Your
body is a glass cylinder. And now you imagine that in
through the top of your head there is a clean, clear,
cleansing, soothing liquid pouring in, into the glass cylinder
which is your body, in through the top of your head and as
it does it begins to fill your body just like a glass. Filling
your body from the bottom up, so as the liquid pours in
through your head it goes all the way down to your feet,
warming your feet, relaxing your feet, soothing your feet.
And the warm, healing, cleansing liquid begins to move up
now, up your legs, up to your knees, relaxing you as it
goes up your body, moving up to your thighs now, relaxing
your thighs completely. This cleansing and healing liquid
penetrates deeply into your legs. It penetrates your skin,
muscles, veins, and bones. The liquid has a soothing and
healing affect on your deep vein thrombosis. Feel the
liquid warming your legs now. As they warm, they are
healing, allowing the blood to move freely and efficiently
through your veins. Now the liquid moves up to your pelvic
area and to your abdominal area. Relaxing and soothing
all of the muscles and all of the organs of your body as it
rises slowly. Moving up now to your chest area, relaxing,
cleansing, healing all of the organs in your chest area.
Now feel it pour down to your arms and starting with your
finger tips, the warm, soothing liquid moves up to your
hands and your wrists, your forearms, your elbows, all the
way up your arms, all the way up to your shoulders. Now
your entire body is full all the way up to your neck and it
feels so good and relaxing and the healing, cleansing,
relaxing liquid moves up to your face relaxing your mouth,
your cheeks, your nose, your ears, your eyes, your
eyebrows, your forehead all the way up and now your

body is completely full of the relaxing clear liquid. So relax
now as the clean, clear liquid begins to warm slightly and
as it does, it activates all of the cells in your body,
cleansing them, healing them. Think of this liquid as a
perfect antioxidant because it is now cleansing all of the
cells in your body. Feel your body come into harmony now
with itself and with its surroundings as you enjoy perfect
and radiant health. Liquid warms a little more now and you
relax even more deeply. Feel every cell in your body being
energized and cleansed and healed and if there is any
challenge in any part of your body, feel that part being
healed now, cleansed, purified. Feel the cells of that part
of your body releasing any toxins where they will properly
dealt with by your body and eliminated by your body, that’s
right. Feel this process happening now. And every time
you listen to this recording, you can choose to work on a
particular part of your body, perhaps your legs, or your
blood flow, perhaps an organ in your body. And now is that
time to work on the area that is affected by the deep vein
thrombosis. Feel an extra amount of warmth in that part of
your body, the part that is now being cleansed and healed
and receiving special attention. Perhaps there is more than
one part. Relax that part of your body and feel the warmth
there. The liquid is working extra hard to relax that part of
your body and cleanse it, that’s right. The liquid is working
on moving your blood easily and effortless through your
veins. Cleansing your body naturally, feel this process
continuing long after this hypnosis session is over
cleansing, healing, repairing, and restoring that part of
your body that is affected by the deep vein thrombosis,
giving it that special attention until they are healed. I want
you now to imagine at the bottom of each of your feet the
liquid is now draining out of your body and you can think of
this process as an oil change of a vehicle. The oil goes
into the engine, lubricates the engine, cleans the engine
and then it need to be changed. You are releasing the
liquid now, notice it’s a little dirty. It has picked up a few

toxins from your body and it is now releasing them out


through the bottom of your feet so that the next time you
perform this process, your body will already have been
cleaned. And each time you repeat this process your body
becomes cleaner and cleaner, more and more free of
toxins, healing your deep vein thrombosis. Your body is
almost empty now of the liquid which has turned a slight
brown color. It is a little dirty, that is normal and natural
because it has cleansed your body. All the toxins are
leaving your body now and now as the last few drops drain
out, your body fills itself with natural energy. You can
imagine this to be any color you want. Feel your body
filling itself from every cell of your body with natural, vital
energy allowing you to enjoy perfect health. You are
developing healthy habits, eating things which are healthy
for you, avoiding things which are unhealthy. Choosing
exercise on a regular basis, keeping your mind healthy as
well with positive thoughts, powerful, productive ideas,
taking care of your spiritual health. If you have a faith, you
find yourself more interested in that faith because you take
care of your spiritual health. Mind, body, and soul, in
perfect harmony, in perfect balance, perfect balance, the
way you were designed to operate. You make regular
visits to your doctor to make sure that you are healthy. So
relax and realize that everything is going to be just fine
because day by day you are becoming more and more
healthy. The natural state of your body is a healthy state.
Your body is now instructed to be in perfect, perfect health.
To be in perfect and radiant health. So relax, relax, relax.

I have over two decades of experience in hypnosis. I have
a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of
Florida, an M.Ed. from Armstrong Atlantic State University,
and I am working on a doctorate degree at Georgia
Southern University. I am a certified clinical
hypnotherapist, a member of both the American Board of
