WHAT IS INFLAMMATION ANYWAY?
We’ve all experienced inflammation. Short-term inflammation can be the body’s healthy response to injury or infection,
such as when we sprain our wrists or fight off a cold. Symptoms include heat and swelling at the point of injury.
It’s when inflammation occurs over a long stretch of time that it can be dangerous to our health. In fact, scientists now
believe that many chronic diseases (such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer, arthritis, and even Alzheimer’s disease) may be
