The covenants of this agreement are as follows:

The Expo

Partner agrees to provide sponsorship (details below) for the 2018 Tamar Sustainable Living Expo,
henceforth known as “Expo.”

The Sponsorship

Partner agrees to provide Tamar NRM Inc. with $ {insert

amount} for the Expo.

Credit

In exchange for this sponsorship, Tamar NRM Inc. agrees to provide Partner with the benefits as set out
in the Tamar Sustainable Living Expo – Partnership Prospectus for the partnership option the Partner has
selected on page 1 of this form.

Delivery

Partner agrees that the amount listed in “The Sponsorship” section above will be paid to Tamar NRM Inc.
no later than Friday 10 August 2018.

Relationship

This agreement represents the only relationship between Tamar NRM Inc. and Partner. No other
relationship between the two entities exists, implied or otherwise.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the attached Terms and Conditions which apply to all Partners and note that these requirements
are in the best interests of all participants, and comply with the regulations and requirements of the
Albert Hall Management.

We want to help you spread your message. We will share your Expo-related information as outlined in
the Partnership Prospectus according to the sponsorship option/s you have selected. However, there may
be more opportunities for Tamar NRM to promote you in the lead up to the Expo. Imagine you are in
an elevator and have 30 seconds to tell a potential customer or client what goods, services and/or pro-
grams you can deliver and to whom. What would you say to them in less than fifty words?
