I have one years experience as Production Enginner, my responbility is * dry docking plan and arrangement * ship
maintenance & Survey ( just like deformation plate, pipe, system propulsion, shell expansion ship design and all of that
must be in the rules of the class), * Prepare Opname & Docking Report * Supervise subordinates approximately 40 people
* Project plan (S-Curve monitoring), * Fill up the safety form before work.

3. PT. SGS there is a very good multinational company that seems to make my career much better.
What is the most difficult assessment related situation have you been in and how did you solve it?
The most difficult situation in my work experience is when my boss asks me to coordinate with the docking staff
because the vessel will be docking in bottom area have leaking, torn and sharp plate.

I sat down with the customer to discuss the difficulty

after that I draw the leak area and marked the point of a dangerous area point.

then I discuss to the docking staff that we should preparing the equipment like a blander, Oxygen, LPG, to cut the torn
plate in the leak area so as not to dangerous when the docking process.

so at that time we work 1 day 1 night to move the ship slow and slowly. so that our work can be run with safety and
leakage that has a tear plate that can be cut.

1. I have experience negotiation with some customers in handling ship repair.
2. I have experience leading 40 employees in handling ship repair.
