INTRODUCTION:

People nowadays are addict of Facebook, twitter, YouTube, online games, and research. But, most of
them are lack of internet connection in their houses. The pisonet help them to satisfy their wants and give the
best possible services to the customers which is fast internet connection. As computer users/customers have
more control on how much time and money they are willing to spend. This form of business is a single
proprietorship. The business primary purpose in providing service is to earn money in long term and provide
better pisonet and internet service in community. This kind of business does not consume big space and needs a
small amount of proprietor’s attention because this business is easy to start and have enough capital. The
proprietor will obtain the required operating licenses and clearances.

This business has been around for couple of years now in the Philippines. It is also known as hulog-
hulog internet wherein customers can pay the services by inserting coins to the machine. This simply an internet
café business (normally put up in front/near of the house) that instead of renting a computer with an hourly rate,
usually P12-20 per hour, they can use pisonet as cheap as 1.00 and that’s about 5 minutes. Internet pay as 1 peso
is really appealing especially for kids, students and for those who are in need of short time use of the internet.

Products:

The pisonet can offer the customers 99% fast connection and good quality of computers set. Good
ventilation and lighting for the customer’s comfort and welfare. Then, the units’ processor and accessories are
brand new and updated. The customer can go research, playing games, Facebook, YouTube and they can
communicate their families and friends through video call/Skype. It has only ten (10) units of pisonet and open
8am-8pm.

Price:

The payment of using pisonet is 1 peso only per 5 minutes. It is cheap and affordable to everyone
because from the word itself pisonet it means peso. The rate is typically 5 mins/peso which also amounts to the
typical internet café rate of Php.12-15 per hour. This rate can be tweaked higher or lower both to be more
competitive and entice customers to gain more income by decreasing the minutes/peso. Since, this is already the
price of the competitors then, the price also would base from it.

Place:

The business can be located at Barangay Rebokon, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur near at Rebokon
Agricultural and Vocational High School because there will be no competitor in this place. And this is the first
populated barangay in Dumalinao with 5,431 population as of January 30, 2017. There are many students
studied in this place because they offer Senior High School and there is a plan to put up a college soon.
Promotion:

Promoting/advertising of the service is necessary because it provides the customers knowledge that
newly built business. It also gives an opportunity of having loyal customers. The most effective way of
advertising or promoting the business is through posting online and word of mouth. In this, the pisonet business
owner will tell their friends and colleagues of such business they have. The business owner also disseminate and
post some printed materials in near location for promotion. By using this different promotion is help the
business to have more customers.

Target Market:

Pisonet target market are those who live in Rebokon, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur and who are
willing to use pisonet, it could be male or female, students or not students, whether they are employed,
unemployed or self-employed.

TECHNICAL ASPECTS:

 Product Specification:
The business provides a good quality service and the owner must reliable to everyone. The color of the
box of pisonet machine is color blue because color blue is the most universal favored color of all and the safest
to use. It relates to trust, honesty, and dependability which is very important and it help to build customer
loyalty. Color blue is also indicating confidence, reliability, responsibility and calming color to everyone. The
pisonet machine must have of 120/250 GB of hard drive which is already good for the most of the software’s
today, 4GB DOR3 RAM, 1GB of video card memory, 18 inches LED monitor and 2 speakers. The business
goal is to give the satisfaction of the customers need.

Before starting a business, it needs to set the capital to finance the business and after having enough
capital. Next is to find and location where many people are located and make sure that its being placed in the
heart of the barangay or city to have many customers, then find a store to buy a machines and materials used
that is affordable and has a good quality. After that, ask for person that will install the new machines. Lastly, get
a business licenses and clearances to make your business legal and after all it will be the time to invite
customers.

 Machinery and equipment

 The machinery and equipment use in producing the product is computer. Computer is an
electronic machine that can store and work with large amount of information.

 Materials
The materials use in producing the product are stand computer box. The stand fan helps the
computer units especially the system units not to overheat. Machines like computers need be place in
cold place or normal temperature to avoid over heat. Well, electric fan is very useful because it helps the
customers to feel very relax and comfortable. It helps them to focus on what they are doing. And the
computer box is use to control the time of the machine and money collector.

It is also need water and internet connection from PDLT home who can provide the fastest

8am- 8pm and open 7am- 10pm every Saturday- Sunday. The surroundings should always be clean
every day and the units should always have maintenance at least thrice a month.

The business needs only one labor because this business gives only lighter work to the labor. It
needs not to have many labors.
