「誡命中哪一條是第一呢？」
12:29 耶穌回答：「第一是：『以色列啊，
你要聽，主—我們的上帝是獨一的
主。

12:30 你要盡心、盡性、盡意、盡力愛主
—你的上帝。』
12:31 第二是：『要愛鄰如己。』再沒有

commandment greater than these.’

• 「傍晚，我心不甘、情不愿的到雅德门街
去参加聚会，聚会中，有人朗读路德所写
的罗马书注释的前言。八时45分左右，那
人读到藉着基督里的信心，上帝在路德心
里更新变化他，这时心中奇妙的昇起一股
暖流。我觉得我真的相信基督，相信我们
的救赎就是基督，上帝又赐我确据，使我
确信他已除去我的罪，拯救我脱离罪和死
的侓了。」

• “In the evening I went unwillingly to a society in
Aldersgate Street, where one was reading Luther
and preface to the Epistle to the Romans. About a
quarter to nine, while he was describing the
change which God works in the heart through
faith in Christ, I felt my heart strangely warmed. I
felt I did trust in Christ, Christ alone for salvation,
and an assurance was given me that he had taken
away my sins, even mine and saved me from the
law of sin and death.”
