When in studio, turn on light outside that signals that the studio is in use

Continuity: (is anything about the location likely to change during the shoot or if you return to it to
film more than once? E.g. roadworks in 1st shot/ gone in next, poster on wall/gone in next shot)

If need to film there again, we will take photos of the set to make sure that it looks the same and
make note of the lighting rig so that we know exactly how it was lit before.

Electricity/Lighting issues/Sound (will you need an electricity supply and is there access to one? Is
lighting adequate or does it need altering? What sort of sound equipment will you need?)

Access to plenty of lights and different lighting arrangements, can book out extra lights if need be.
Lighting can easily be changed to get the desired effect and can be turned up/down depending on
what we need for out short film
Set dressing: (does your set contain everything you want to show in your scene or will it need
something else adding to it to have the impact you want?)

Will need to use the dark wall/curtain to our advantage, dimmer lighting will create the effect of an
empty space and can make the room look smaller and more claustrophobic as needed. We will need
an old television for the flashback scene and a chair for the MC to wake up in.

Welfare:(can your crew/talent get refreshments and use toilets, do they need to stay overnight near
filming location?)

Canteen is readily available with refreshments and food. All cast and crew have easy access to
location and won’t need to stay overnight.

Parking at location. 7 bus from town available for transport.
