PROYECT N°1: ANNOUNCEMENT OF A DEPARTMENT

Good evening teacher and classmates

I’m going to talk about “Announcement of a department”

This is a house type duplex of 309 M2(square meter),

located in the urbanization Monterrico-Surco. The
apartment has very fine finishes. The building has a
reception area and elevator. Very well located close to
parks, schools and shopping centers.
In the First level: There is Grill area, there are three parking
spaces with direct entrance to the apartment, there are two
rooms, there is a large white dining room with glass screen
to the grill area and there is one guest bathroom, there is a
large gray kitchen with high and low furniture, there is one
dining room, there is one backyard and a laundry area. We
find a very nice wooden staircase Pumakiro to the second
level.
In the Second level: There is one very large master bedroom
with balcony with a walking closet and bathroom with tub,
there is one secondary bedroom with walking closet and
bathroom, desk and large living room tv.
It’s only $50.000 (fifty thousand) a month.
This department is very expensive, but This department
makes me feel relaxed and comfortable.
