Use of Software: The software and accompanying documentation that are made
available hereby is the copyrighted work of OMNIKEY AG.

License: OMNIKEY AG grants you a non-exclusive license to use this software

on the following terms:

YOU MAY:

A. Use the software program on any computer or network but only in

conjunction with the corresponding OMNIKEY hardware product and by
certifying that you are not a national of Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya,
North Korea, Sudan, or Syria;

B. Make only those number of backup and archival copies of the software
program in machine readable form as are essential to backup use of the
software program, provided that you reproduce all proprietary notices on
each copy;

C. Permit others to distribute and use this software and accompanying

documentations with the same rights and duties as described herein.

YOU MAY NOT:

A. Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create

derivative works based on, or copy (except for archival purposes) the
program or the accompanying documentation;

B. Rent, transfer, sublicense or grant any rights in the software or

accompanying documentation (including any time-sharing arrangement) in any
form to any other person without the prior written consent of OMNIKEY AG;

C. Remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the program and

accompanying documentation;

D. Export or re-export the software where your current export laws do not
allow this.

Failure to comply with any of the above restrictions will terminate this license.
This is not a sale of the software. Title and copyrights to the program and
accompanying
documentation and any copies remain with OMNIKEY AG.

BETWEEN YOU AND OMNIKEY AG, ALL SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION
HEREIN ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, OR THE WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING
THE FOREGOING, OMNIKEY AG MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICES

MATERIALS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii)

WILL BE EFFECTIVE, ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY
PRODUCTS, INFORMATION HEREIN WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (v)
ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE HEREIN WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability. OMNIKEY AG ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR

ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THIS SOFTWARE, DOCUMENTS, SOFTWARE,
MATERIALS AND/OR SERVICES HEREIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL OMNIKEY AG OR
ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL,
PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY
KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
