2. General Comments ‫تعليقات عامه‬

Debonding from concrete substrate and cracking of joint sealant due to possible workmanship issues are found on most of the retaining wall movement joints.
Weep holes were clogged and closed by backfill materials around the existing utility service manholes (Ooredoo).
Poor soil compaction on the manhole embankment was evident.
Cleaning and removal of waste materials on the drain channel between retaining wall and reinforced embankment.
