Adjustable temperature via indirect heating

Temperature may be set from the heating device which is

controlled by thermostat and the heated water is circulated
through the bowl double jacket
Indirect Cooling or Low Temperature Operation via double jacket
By connecting to a cold water supply, the double jacket
can be served as indirect cooling or to maintain the low
temperature in the vessel
