Mr. Abdulla Mohamed

HR Director
BAPCO
Sitra, Bahrain

Dear Mr. Abdulla

I am writing in response to your advertisement in the Gulf Daily News on May 7th, 2018, for BAPCO
Assistant Manager Graduate Training Program” in Logistics Department, AMTP – 0 5.

I believe my educational qualifications and skills make me eligible to this programme. I am a Bahrain
Polytechnic fresh graduate from Bachelor of International Transport Logistics.

My skills and knowledge prepared me to apply the latest theories and techniques from my area of
study, to solve complex challenges in the petroleum industry. For instance, the supply chain courses I
took at the Polytechnic allow me to ensure the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the petroleum
sector. Moreover, I took a Diagnosis of problems and Decision Making course from Golden Trust,
which helped me shape my problems and make good decisions. Through volunteering with BPSC
(Bahrain Polytechnic Student Council), I have developed many skills such as communication,
organization, and time management skills. Furthermore, I helped in planning and organizing events
at the Polytechnic such as the first international ideas empowerment conference “BE THE X”.

Being responsible of my learning and excelling the work are two of the greatest values I gained from
the polytechnic. To improve my knowledge, my next goal is to take the Certified Supply Chain
Professional (CSCP) qualification, provided by Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF).
In addition, I learned how to work in a team and manage fulfilling the tasks in the group projects.

I would welcome the opportunity to further discuss this position with you. If you have questions or
would like to schedule an interview, please contact me by phone at 33933920 or by email at
