Dosage --
For layers up to 15 cm thickness in one pass, the dosage of
Chemrite Shotcrete HP-100 is in the range of 4% to 10%
by weight of cement.
-- Overdosing (>10%) may result in decreased final
strengths.
-- The exact dosage must be determined by preliminary field
testing.

Mixing --
When Chemrite Shotcrete HP-100 is used for wet mix
spraying, the w/c ratio should be below 0.5 and preferably
<0.45. The lower ratios provide faster setting, higher early
strength, better durability, lower accelerator dosage and
thicker layers can be applied over head.
-- Chemrite Shotcrete HP-100 is compatible with OPC,
sulfate-resistant cement & cement blends containing Fly
Ash, Slag or Silica Fume.

Safety --
Accidental splashes to the skin must be washed off with
Precautions water and soap.
-- Accidental splashes to the eyes must be rinsed with clean
warm water. Seek medical attention without delay.
-- Skin barrier cream, safety goggles and rubber gloves are
recommended.
