Product Description Chemseal Ferrogard 201 is a cementitious, polymer modified,
two- component, corrosion inhibitor.

Uses Chemseal Ferrogard 201 is used for protecting exposed surface
against corrosion, especially for:

-- Metal corrugated roofing

-- Sewage tanks
-- Reinforced concrete surfaces.

Application Details

Mixing Stir component A (liquid) thoroughly before pouring into a clean
mixing container. Add component B (powder) slowly while
mixing continuously. Use low speed electric mixers (max.500
rpm) for 3 minutes avoiding entrapment of air. By adding the
powder in portions, the desired application consistency can be
obtained.

Application After mixing the two components of Chemseal Ferrogard 201
thoroughly in the specified proportion, apply the wet mixture on
the cleaned surface by brush or roller.
For effective protection against corrosion, apply the product in at
least two coats.

Curing Allow the applied product to cure in air.
_______________________________________________________________________________
Cleaning Application and mixing tools should be cleaned with water while
material is still fresh. Hardened material can only be removed
mechanically.

Precautions 1.Accidental splashes to the skin must be washed off with
water and soap.
2. Accidental splashes to the eyes must be rinsed with clean
water. Seek medical attention without delay.
