3. Who is the shepherd referred to by the actor? Do you agree that it is better to know
Research Skills: the “shepherd” than the psalm? Why yes? Why no?

Lesson Proper
Materials:  The students will read together the biblical passage from 2 Timothy 3:14-17.
 LCD Projector  The students will answer the following for discussion:
 Computer Unit 1. Why does St. Paul encourage Timothy to read the Scriptures?
 Speaker 2. What is the value of the Bible in one’s life as a follower of Jesus?
 Journal 3. How do the Scriptures help the followers of Jesus do good work?
Bible  The students will be group and will work on the task called “Hidden Word Game.” The
students will classify the books of the bible.
Reflection
 The students will compose a short prayer asking God for the grace to persevere in
understanding His Word proclaimed in the Mass every Sunday.

Evaluation

 The students will have a short quiz on a ½ crosswise.

 The students will have an orientation of the Performance Task. _______________
 The students will be divided into different groups. Schedule of Delivery:
 The Rubrics for the Performance Task will be presented to the students. __________________
 There will be draw lots of the first, second, third group s who will perform on the
presentation day.
 The students will start planning their Performance Task. They must able to:
1. Assign the leader and assistant leader of their group
2. Submit a ¼ sheet of paper to the teacher which consists the names of the leader,
assistant leader and its members
3. On a 1 whole sheet of paper, they will identify God’s Revelations
