Honorable Lord:

It is stated with kind intention that it is neither a compliant nor a criticism ,Just a very
humble request that My father (Hafiz Muhammad akram ) was a teacher in Govt High School Chak
Number 4 Faiz ,who had died on 19-07-2017..Being as a civil servant of the most prestigious
organization he should have been given all the perks and privileges( pension /Gratuity /Financial
assistance, group insurance etc. ) but almost lapse of 12 months we have not yet been awarded the
Financial assistance package , group insurance , Regular pay/pension and all the burial benefits which is
the basis right of the deceased family ..Whenever we try to contact with the concerned department, we
only got the response in the form of lame excuses .All the mentioned cases are pending in Education
department District Multan and C/O Education Multan...I am the son of the deceased .It is much humble
Request to take necessary action at your end so that we can get all the mentioned benefits on early
basis in order to meet our financial needs .My Lord, your special consideration regarding mentioned
issues will be a great source of comfort for myself and my family .Thanks in advance and Uncountable
prayers for You people.
