COMES NOW, THE UNDERSIGNED, unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully manifests, that:

1. Per Order dated May 2, 2018, the Honorable Court required the
undersigned to give their consent and permission for their child,
Rainer Delos Reyes to testify in the above-entitled case;

2. We are not giving our consent and permission for our child to testify
in court because we are not certain that they have personal
knowledge about the incident that led to the filing of this charge,
moreover, we would not like that we would be causing animosity
among the herein complainant and family of the accused.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Joint-Manifestation

will be given due course of the Honorable Court.
