8 Aluminium Cable Cleat for Traction Motor की खरीि के चलए 03(तीन) प्रस्तािों के चलए
िकनीकी अनु शंसा चनम्न प्रकार हैं :-

8.1 मे.ALASIA ENGINEERING COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED/ HOWRAH का प्रस्ताि (एस एन-35
से 39).
8.1.1 Firm is not in approved list for the subject item.
8.1.2 Firm has offered to supply subject items (i to ii) as per tendered specification of Make/
Brand: - AEC (SN-39) and quoted “No Technical Deviation submitted” in deviations
statement (reverse of SN-37).
8.1.3 Final IC, dtd:- 22.11.17 for subject item has been issued to firm against
P.O.No.34/2016/2725/36700, dtd:-22.09.16.
8.1.4 In view of the above, offer of the firm can be considered technically suitable for
developmental order for item No. I & ii of Make/ Brand: - AEC.
8.2 मे.SELVOC ENGINEERING COMPANY PVT LTD / KOLKATA का प्रस्ताि (एस एन-30 से 34).
8.2.1 Firm is approved source for the subject item.
8.2.2 Firm has offered to supply subject items (i & ii) as per tendered specification of Make/
Brand: - Self (SN-34) and quoted “NA” in technical deviation statement (reverse of SN-
32).
8.2.3 Last P.O.No.34/2018/2725/38032, dtd:-03.08.17 had been placed on firm (SN-30).
8.2.4 Offer of the firm can be considered technically suitable for item No. i & ii.
8.3 मे.PRECISION ELECTRO ENGINEERING/ HOWRAH का प्रस्ताि (एस एन-25 से 28).
8.3.1 Firm is approved source for the subject item.
8.3.2 Firm has offered to supply subject items (i & ii) as per tendered specification of Make/
Brand: - Precision Eletro Engg (SN-28) and quoted “No Technical Deviation submitted”
in technical deviation statement (SN-reverse of SN-26).
8.3.3 Firm is regular supplier for the subject item.
8.3.4 Offer of the firm can be considered technically suitable for item No. i & ii of Make/
Brand: - Precision Eletro Engg.

9.0 इं स्पेक्शन: Routine inspection will be carried out by authorized representative of respective
zonal inspection Wing of CLW at the firm’s premises depending upon the location of the firm.
