The Contractor shall be responsible for all quality assurance and control activities
associated with the project. These activities shall have two prime objectives summarized
as below:
a. Confirmation of the establishment of Quality Management System for their part of the
project in compliance with the Contract requirements as stated in SECTION IV –
SCOPE Of WORK.
The main parameters necessary to secure these prime quality objectives are:
d. To monitor compliance by project personnel (both Home Office and Construction Site)
by preparing, conducting and closing out audits of specified activities in accordance
with the planned Audit Schedule.
e. Timely response to all quality issues raised by ANOH Midstream Gas Processing
Plant Project team.
Prior to the initiation of any civil work or installation, CONTRACTOR shall establish and
maintain documented procedures to control, calibrate and maintain his inspection,
measuring and test equipment used to demonstrate conformance of the WORK to
Contract and Project specified requirements. Inspection measuring and test
requirements shall be based upon:
CONTRACTOR shall supply all inspection measuring and test equipment for the
WORK and such equipment shall be robust, fit for purpose and suitable to the working
environment. Also, said equipment shall be calibrated at the start of the Project and
re-calibrated as required by the manufacturer, Contract and CONTRACTORs
specified requirements, whichever is applicable. No testing or measuring equipment
shall be engaged and/or use without a certified calibration certificates
COMPANY or Third Party Inspection shall have the right, but not obligation to inspect
said calibration documentation at any time.
CONTRACTOR shall verify and test his WORK by means of visual, measured inspection,
Non-destructive Examination (NDE) and Destructive Examination (DE) in line with all
relevant codes and standards and maintenance of detailed records of construction and
testing. COMPANY shall have the right to view any test or inspection on a ‘real time’ basis
and request for a re-test/re-WORK when in doubt at CONTRACTOR’s expense.
COMPANY might engaged a Third Party Inspection Company (TPI); qualified to monitor
and report on the quality of CONTRACTORs deliverables. TPI will check and sign
CONTRACTOR COMPLETION CERTIFICATES, verifying quality and quantities as
applicable.
All records of WORK shall be kept and preserved at WORKSITE during the execution and
updated on regular basis.
