A Healthier Meal
I have found that all of these meals are immensely
bad for daily consumption yet with sporadic intake
I do not believe negative side effects to
consumation would hinder as much.
The meal that would be most nurtitious for me
would be the McDonalds meal due to it being on
the lower end of sodium, carbs, and fats because I
am watching my carb intake and I have to monitor
