4.1 Method of statement for Refrigeration Pipes and Electrical Wire Installation Work
This procedure covers the requirement of field inspection except necessary inspection
specified in Singapore Regulation where the inspection by Government Department shall be
required. Singapore Practice will be applied.
2. ZONNING PLAN:-
The zoning area describes where FCUs and CUs are located. We will follow the main
contractor’s zoning plan.
3. ORGANIZATION CHART:-
Generally, Project Director manages all project team, control and implementation of the
whole project.
The Project Manager shall directly control project engineer and provides sub-contractor,
workers and materials for project.
4. METHOD OF STATEMENT:-
4.1 Method of Statement for Refrigeration Pipes and Electrical Wire Installation Work
-Measure from the reference line and position / mark location to be drilled.
-Select the correct size / model of drill pit and drill in the particular point.
-Check the depth of drilled holes of the required anchor bolt / anchor rod.
-Install / place the refrigerant copper pipes together with electrical wire.

Material used:
-Loop the copper pipes and make inlet and outlet connection for the Nitrogen gas.
-Remove the cylinder connection and close the inlet terminal of the refrigerant pipes.

-Do marking for the correct model of FCU by using pencil. (Ensure the wall is painted at least
one coat).
-Let the painter apply second coat around the base plate area.
-Check again the base plate level before installing the FCU.

-Ensure the correct models of isolator are connected with Fan & CU.
-Turn on FCU one by one to ensure the pipes and wiring is connected correctly.
- For testing purpose, all FCU units are running for 6 hr at setting temperature 22oC. -At the
same time, CUs running ampere is taken.
-End of the day switch off all the A/C and turn off the power supply to the unit.
