1. Why is there a need for a differentiated supervisory program for teachers? What measures
should a supervisor undertake to ensure the successful implementation of a differentiated
supervisory program? Discuss your answer in a six to eight sentence paragraph.

2. With your classroom observation experience, what seems to be the concerns of teachers
this generation? How will you address through a one-year supervisory plan? Your plan
should consist the following: (a) identified 3 concerns, (2) rationale, (3) goals and
objectives, (4) calendar of activities or your supervisory plan.

3. Given your readings on in service education and given the qualities of young millennial
teachers in your school in particular and in the entire division in general, what three
teacher competencies do you think should the principal or head of your school should
address during an In Service Training. Suggest effective ways of training (or retraining) the
millennial teachers on these competencies. Discuss your answer in a six - eight sentence
paragraph.

4. Having an exposure to different instructional leaders in your district or division (or school),
identify one common problems of our instructional leaders now. Which seems to be
lacking in them in terms of competencies? What major solution can you offer and why?

5. As Instructional Leader, how will you design a program task for your subordinates who are
in their first year of teaching and those who have been in school for quiet sometimes? Your
Program Task should have entry activity, on-going activity and exit activity. This is only good
for a year. It should have its goal, set of activities and feedback mechanisms.
