INTRODUCTION

1.1 PURPOSE:
This document presents a detailed explanation of the objectives, features, user
interface and application of Restaurant Management in real life. It will also
describe how the system will perform and under which it must operate. In this
document it will be also shown user interface. Both the stakeholders and the
developers of the system can benefit from this document.

1.2 SCOPE:
A restaurant web plan is essentially a strategic guideline for setting up a
website for a food and drinks establishment. It outlines the specific measures
and steps a business intends to take to have a website up and running. The
website highlights its menu offerings, special cuisines, hot beverages, cold
drinks and operating hours.

1.3 ABBREVIATIONS:
BINGO- If we cut any out any 5 complete row, column or diagonal then it is
termed as bingo. If a player says bingo then he/she wins the game.

1.4 OVERVIEW:
This document is designed to provide information to both the client and the
technical designers of the website. Section one is a brief overview of the
product, including abbreviations and references. The abbreviation section is
intended to assist the technical designers in clarifying the terms used
throughout the document. Section two is a general description of the product
requirements from a user's perspective. This section includes information such
as functional and data requirements, general constraints, and assumptions.
Section three is a detailed requirements specification targeted toward
technical designers. Specific requirements and expectations regarding the
components of the product are given in this portion of the SRS document.

2 OVERALL DESCRIPTIONS

2.1 PRODUCT PERSPECTIVE:


The software described in this SRS is the software for a complete cafe
information system. The system merges various hardware and software
elements and further interfaces with external systems. Thus, while the
software covers the majority of the system's functionality, it relies on a
number of external interfaces for persistence and unhandled tasks, as well as
physically interfacing with humans.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

The system function can be described as follows –

 Home:- The view of the café to attract the customer who has visited the
website.
 About :- This module contain about the history of the cafe , the
description about the chefs, opening and closing hours , also include
the famous recipe of the cafe.
 Address :- This contains the address and the phone number of the cafe
so that the customer can easily contact to the cafe.
 The Menu:- The menu contains all the variety of snacks to eat and
drinks along with the price to help the customer to place their order.

The software provides good graphical interface for the user any administrator
can operate on the system, performing the task such as viewing the details of
the café.

2.1.5 MEMORY CONSTRAINTS:


BINGO software requires 1 gigabyte of RAM memory.

2.1.6 OPERATIONS:
BINGO does not provide backup or recovery operations.

2.2 USER CHARACTERISTIC:


The user of Bingo does not need any experience and be able to play bingo at
least a basic level. Furthermore, users needs to be very familiar and the
comprehended bingo rules.

2.3 CONSTRAINTS:
Bingo game will not suffer any constraint if it is made to run on a OS which is
able to intall Turbo C and is compatible with the system.

2.4 ASSUMPTION AND DEPENDENCIES:


Bingo is not platform dependence and can be installed in any operating
system capable to run Turbo C environment.
