IV. STIPULATION OF FACTS

1. That the abovementioned incident occurred at Brgy. San Roque, this City
within the jurisdiction of this court.
2. That accused is the same ADANG ABDUL y SAMSON a.k.a. “ADANG” referred
to in the Information and shown in Exh. “M” and “N”.
3. The authenticity and due execution of Exhibits “A” to “O”.
4. That on or about 8:00 P. M. of December 19, 2017 accused was at the premises
of Cargo Shipping Warehouse, Brgy. San Roque, this City.
5. That Judy Leeh C. Yu, a forensic chemist of the PNP Crime Laboratory IX is
an expert in the field of Forensic Chemistry.
6. That on August 11, 2016 The PNP Crime Laboratory IX where PCI Farahdiva
Dl. Guillergan is then assigned initially received a request from PS 9, Ayala,
this city under Exh. “F” five (5) specimens- heat sealed transparent plastic
sachets containing white crystalline substance marked under Exh. “R” and “S”
for the conduct of laboratory examination.
7. That per laboratory examination conducted by PCI Farahdiva Dl. Guillergan in
Chemistry Report No. D-430-2016 under Exh. “H” hereof, the five (5) pieces
heat sealed transparent plastic sachet abovementioned marked under Exh. “R”
and “S” which she marked as specimen A to E tested positive for the presence
of methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu-a dangerous drug.

The State reserves the right to present additional documentary evidences and
witnesses during rebuttal if necessary.
