Course Objectives Advanced Financial Management course aims to make students understand
and Outcomes advanced concepts in the area of financial management. The curriculum is
designed to familiarize the students with various tools and techniques that
facilitate the managers in taking major financial decisions.

The basic objective of the course is to acquaint the students with basic
knowledge of tools and techniques used for capital budgeting decisions,
valuation of companies & brands. Also various financial models used for
valuations, capital budgeting, working capital management and capital structure
planning.
