APPLUS CODE OF ETHICS AND ANTI‐CORRUPTION 

Dear Participant,

Please find enclosed a paper copy of 2016 APPLUS Code of Ethics and Anti-Corruption
training course. It is mandatory for every employee or any other person performing services
on behalf of APPLUS to complete the training.

The first part of training will take you through the APPLUS Code of Ethics provisions and
introduce you to some case-studies on selected topics. You will have a General Questions
Key to check your answers in this part. Afterwards, you will be required to answer 10
questions. You need to answer 7 of them correctly in order to pass. Finally, you will be asked
to sign the Statement of Commitment whereby you acknowledge that you have completed
the training and agree to comply with APPLUS Code of Ethics and Anti-corruption Policy. The
Answer Sheet with your answers and the Statement of Commitment needs to be filled in,
signed and returned to your Human Resources Manager within 7 days of the receipt.

critical activity.

STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT

I state that I have read the Applus+ Code of Ethics and Anti-corruption Policy and
understand the contents as well as the principles on which they are founded. I understand
that they are binding.

I am also aware that any non-compliance may result in disciplinary actions in accordance
with the law.

The Code of Ethics draws from and is built on current internal regulations that exist within
Applus+ and that will be the foundation for all future Group Policies and Procedures.
