SANCTUARY CLEANING
THIS Friday, June 29th
9 a.m. -12 p.m.
Help is needed to vacuum pew cushions and clean the altar area.
If you know you are available, contact Jane Ames at 210-516-5146.

Youth Service Activity Sunday at St. Andrew’s UMC

THIS SUNDAY!
Immediately following the 11 a.m. service on
July 1st, all youth are invited to meet in the
kitchen of the Activity Center (gym) to cook
for the Ronald McDonald Charities.

Sponsors are still needed for our charity fun run/walk coming up next month. There are several levels to
choose from, and all allow your support to be listed on the event t-shirt! Please prayerfully consider how you
can play a role in this community outreach program and contact Kay Osborn for more information. Deadline
to be in time for the t-shirt printing is July 1st.
Also, if you are interested in volunteering for this fun and worthwhile event, there are lots of moving parts

July Mission:
Support a Student
This year will be St. Andrew’s 4th annual G35K Fun Run/Walk to help raise funds to buy school
supplies for Wilshire Elementary. In years past, we have asked participants and the community
to also purchase school supplies and bring them to the race. Experience has now taught us that
our money and efforts can go farther if we buy in bulk -- so we are asking you to “support a
student” and donate money to help purchase what is needed for the students at our neighbor
school. Look for envelopes and forms in the Narthex on Sunday.
