Initial Description:
On 6/26/18 Atmos Energy, Mid-Tex reported a Natural Gas explosion within the boiler room of a hospital which had
been undergoing renovations. All mains leading to the hospital have been isolated and leak testing commenced.
The operator and fire department are continuing to investigate for the source of the explosion. There was 1 fatality
and 4 injuries associated with the incident.
