Dear Claudine

I want 10 let you know Ihal I have followed your ca~e since meeting you in Great Bend lasl
monlh. My statl'had been in contact with your attorney to solicit his advice about how best we could
hc of assistance 10 your case as the appeal was prepared. Iunderstand, however. that Judge Buchele
has "backcd off' his original order and that you can remain in Larned. I was thrilled to learn that -
but sorry that you ever were subject to such an ill-advised order initially.

Please feel free to keep Juliene Maska updated if your eases changes or you need additional
help from us Please know how concerned I am about the safety of yourself and your daughter I
will keep you in my thoughts and prayers

Area woman
accepts
committee position
PAWNEE ROCK - Claudine
Dombrowski recently accepted
a position on Carla Stovall's
Violence Against Women and
Children's Committee.
Interest in women in this area
sparked her determination to
succeed in an on-going custody
bailie, now in the court of
appeals. Dombrowski said.
explaining her desire to become
involved with the committee.
Dombroski is also in the
process of forming her OWn
organization, Rikki's Rights.
The organization would be dedi-
cated to the best interest of the
child and the end of domestic
violence, according to Dombros-
ki.
"I am delighted to read about
your desire to get an organiza-
tion going - there can't be too
Jiluch information or too many
... services for victims," Stovall
wrote Dombroski.
